Im just saying, in 2 days my kosher phone arrives, im tired of battling it.

What to do if i dont like most of youtube videos that i watch, but i cant just stop watching them? :( I'm spending almost 7 hours a day scrolling youtube and i dont even enjoy those videos :( I just don't havethe energy to do something useful and i dont have hobbies other than youtube :( Btw thank you very much for your video! Well, I don't think I can stop this addiction. I quit gaming, but this, I just can't, because I want to live just for survival. I don't live in the city, so I don't have to pay bills anyways and I can live with less.

I've struggled with TH-cam addiction and the biggest thing that I'd recommend is meditation. The main thing that meditation has helped me with is realizing that I'm in control. I don't need to keep watching the videos, and there are so many other things that I want to and am able to do. If you've never meditated before, I'd recommend you install medito, as it's non-profit and promises to be 100% free (including ad free) forever. Cheers 🍻

I see that you stopped doing TH-cam but just let me tell you that I really enjoyed watching the video, it was authentic, witty, and a youtube video in a way what youtube was supposed to be, people sharing their ideas, creativitiy and experiences. I’m going cold turkey… starting tomorrow.

I am skeptical. TH-cam doesn't really give me lots of videos with ideas of how to limit or quit using TH-cam, naturally. The one's that do make it though the algorithm might be aimed at cycles of failed attempts to limit TH-cam (DFTube isn't powerful enough for me. I literally need it to be blocked on all devices).

my personal experience with youtube is that everything else just became lesser in an emotional sense. if i was abusing youtube to fill the void anything else that came after wouldn't be enjoyable. youtube took the fun out of everything else. ironically it was videos on youtube which led me to this realization. thanks for the tool.

Does distraction free you tube work on iPad/ iphone?

The only video I watched today and really used the knowledge was 'How to make mac&cheese'(which was a short, so like a minute long) other hours of watching was pure entertainment.

I rather have a chess or puzzle game addiction than youtube addicton. At least with chess and solving puzzles you keep your brain busy.
