It's funny how with the rise of yuji people really trying there hardest to downplay him Like yuji definitely still will lose to yuta. Absolutely delusional downplaying

While Yuji may not have the "heavy hitting" moves the heavy hitters do, he was severely downplayed in this powerscale. With Yuji keeping up with Yuta inside his domain, and also fighting on even footing with sukuna who had just replenished his output with black flashes, Yuji should have similar speed and basic attack potency to Yuta. Maki also seems to get outmaneuvered & blown away by a black flash from sukuna, yet yuji is able to trade blows and easily brush away a black flash from sukuna. Plus, with his soul damaging attacks, he can get by things like hakari's jackpot RCT. His simple domain is also very potent, being on the same level as kusakabe (since he did soul switch training with him), being able to withstand malevolent shrine WAY longer than gojo's could. He also doesn't have to worry about creating as much positive energy for RCT, since he can convert CE into blood. His endurance is also seemingly infinite, being able to keep fighting at maximum output even at 10% soul health. Currently, Yuji could definitely put up a fight and even win against Hakari and Maki, as they are practically punch kick merchants (something he's familiar with) with one having a sword. He's shown to have feats that outright upscale from hakari and maki, though it seems him and yuta are more on even footing.

Nah...Yuji wins against Maki 1) Bcuz not only does he have a body similar to a Heavenly Restricted person, but since he has CE he can also amp his stats 2) Speaking of amping his stats...Black Flash (something which Maki has no access to) exponentially raises his stats by 2.5 and since he can pretty much do it at will now...yeah...good F*cking luck with that💀 And 3) It's already been confirmed that ppl who can peraive the soul can heal soul with RCT, so maybe not not, but given enough to to figure it out, Yuji can definitely counter the Soul Split Katana, especially since he basically has a better version of it with Soul Striking Shrine Cleaves💀🙏

Yuji has soul damage to deal with hakari as for maki she isn't all that much faster if at all she just has precog yuji is also just as strong as her and far more durable he can also heal the soul if he gets hit by soul split which has cursed energy so yiji can just feel and see it's cursed energy to keep a ping on maki when she is out of sight Maki didn't dodge a world cutting slash sukuna needs to do the cants the hand sighns and point to do it and on that panels he couldn't do the hand sign nor was he and as for yuji healing the soul in the entire explanation fo why sukuna can heal the soul at the end it says just like yujo so yes he can

Not really close imo, we have managed to see them all fleshed out but not Yuji just yet, he's evolving as the chapters go by. So far his power up is a low-output yet precise Shrine and Blood Manipulation that hasn't been mastered and is used in a more defensive manner. (that is combining it with RCT so instead of growing a new limb, he can just reattach it with blood) I'm all for Yuji, he has the potential to be the strongest and although Shinjuku Showdown Yuji is outright insane, he isn't fleshed out enough to fight the heavy hitters but is undeniable he is one of the heavy hitters. The fight wouldn't be close in my opinion. Additional note is that his attacks target not the soul itself but the boundary of the soul, so he's scarily dangerous to Sukuna and the reincarnated sorcerers in the culling games. I'd rather wait for him to be fully fleshed out and at maximum potential rather than powerscaling and glazing my boy.

I think he could lose to hakari if he gets constant jackpots making it to where yuji cant bring him down to being exhausted. And thats why hakari isn't considered special grade his power is all luck based he isn't powerful like yuta or yuki anytime of the day his base state simply aint on that level. Meanwhile yuki sending kenjaku flying far with a single blow and yuta actually clashing with sukuna and deflecting his slashes,taking them,and fast enough to dodge them. And maki i really dont think she can beat yuji now she has nothing that yuji cant do as well.

Current Yuji isn't in his full potential. The existential dynamic of Yuji and Sukuna is compared to that of twins in jujutsu sorcerer world (even doe they technically are not twins) It does not effect Sukuna probably because during his time he consumed his actual twin But it debuffs the rest of the bloodline and Yuji included because Sukuna is alive (i think its the reason why Yuji and most likely his father aswell have trash CE reserves) When Sukuna dies, I strongly believe Yuji will get an amp and his CE reserves and output would be near, same or higher than sukuna, and if he has discovered his domain (which many theorise that he will) then yeah he'll be the strongest in verse and clap everyone else on scaling YUJI IS HIMMMM

Yuji Would beat Maki. Curse energy is a new thing for Yuji and he Primariy fought how Maki and Toji Fight, following the flow of energy is not something Yuji relies on. He didnt follow Choso nor Patchface(forgot his name) curse energy. Prior to Makis' awakening Yuji outclassed her as a combatant despite Makis experience in JJK Sorcery and curse disposal. Maki is seemingly faster but Yuji can keep up still. Now with Makis blade things get complicated but factoring in Yujis new abilities and regen. i'd say they're tied. If maki fails to use the blade or loses it Yuji wins.

This video made me rethink yuji vs the heavy hitters. These fights are very iffy, for example will yuji land black flashes, will maki cut yuji?, and what big attack does yuji have to take them down?. Maki tanked two black flashes from sukuna her durability is off the charts, Hakari is stale mating Uruame, and Yuta was actually landing alot of attacks on sukuna. If yuji isn’t landing black flashes then he doesn’t have anything to take out the heavy hitters his cursed techniques still have low output.

Yuji vs Hakari is pretty close, pretty much just battle of attrition. Yuji vs Maki heavily depends on what cursed tool she has, strengthwise they seem to be very close, but Yuji isn't as skilled and definitely doesn't have Maki's combat insight. Yuji vs Yuta is hard, since he was already killed by him once, he could probably last much longer in his current state, but ultimately Yuta's technique is just way busted. If he copied some insane shit, Yuji would be cooked.

The thing with hakari is that he looks like he can spam his domain and get it almost every time he has been spamming it and not dying for god knows how long

Yuji's CT output is pure garbage. Even if Yuji just awakened Shrine, he still had overall 3 black flash amps helping him against Sukuna at the time. That output for Cleave is nowhere near enough to put the heavy hitters in a situation where they need time to heal which would give Yuji the advantage, they'll outright tank it especially if it's Yuji with no black flash amps. If it's a battle of attrition between Hakari and Yuji, I'd give Yuji the win due to his ability to up-scale throughout the fight much more easily with black flash and soul damage. Against Maki and Yuta, it's just a no go.

He could beat all of them, just not 100% of the time. Probably loses most against yuta then maki then hakari. Hakari he has a good matchup against cuz of shrine which just gives him the gojo package. Maki probably negates his tanking ability and yuta's domain is probably hard to deal with.
