Rims were like 9'6-9'7 Low ones and warmup was 9ft Jumping my highest ever, absolutely crushing dunks i couldn’t do a month ago. 40 inch vertical becoming more realistic and i think Im going to get there and maybe past that, only time will tell... that was not 18 bro touching a 9'6 rim with a 7'7 reach means you have a 23 inch vert.

Finding this video now is crazy! Thanks TH-cam algorithm! I have also improved from around 27 up to 34 in vert these past few months! But at 5'8 with a standing reach of 7'4, I can only put half of my fingers above the rim and can't grab it yet. I'll definitely change it this year!

Let’s go brotha, I’m 6”3 took me same time. But I’m way thinner than you and I learned I needed to dunk both sides . Left and right otherwise my hip flexors kept getting injured and would lead to acl issues on my less dominant leg !! Keep the grind up
Nice man, I hear you with the different plants, It makes it easier on your body if you learn to use both legs equally
@@evandunks4281 I have a hard time dunking off of 1 leg if it’s a, long sprint but if it’s a quite burst it’s easy. I really have the same body as ha Nora the I’m just like an inch or two taller. Maybe 5 pounds less than him. Got some work to do. I’m starting a TH-cam channel with my buddy for basketball so maybe I’ll keep in touch !!
