Lovely sequence. Gentle nursing of my SI strain. Seven sweet days.
Challenging in a very friendly way, with brief encouraging cues that don't make me feel like a dope if I can't quite get there.
Basked in sunlight. Left and right banana stretches a great way to start, underused by many teachers. Also like the way you teach classic poses with a twist.

I was scrolling thru the vid, considering trying your practice out, but then backed out after encountering a commercial mid-vid. The practice looked interesting, but the commercial would cause a significant interruption to the flow.
Oh I know, it was a really nice practice, but I had at least 5 commercials in between, wich caused me to interrupt my flow, get back to the computer and skipped them... really annoying when doing a yoga class. The last one in between the final realaxation was the worse. Is it something the owner of the channel can change? or is it an arbitrary decition of youtube?

Adriene of YWA (admittedly the 600 pound gorilla of internet yoga) has always banned ads within her lessons. TH-cam will surely sneak them in on the unwary.

This sequence really chased the stiffness out of my hips and low back. BTW the non-black leggings allow us to see whether in profile the right or left leg is forward. Thanks for another refreshing lesson.

Hi Abbi I really liked this practice. I recently tried a few TH-cam videos for anxiety though I didn't like the ones that were only seated as I feel personally for me I like a mix of gentle movement and then ground poses so I felt that this was a really good mix. Also the length was good as it was a happy medium between a very short class and a one hour one which I don't always have the motivation to do if it's too long. One thing was that there were ads during the video. I'm not sure if you have the option to turn these off though I was in some very calming poses and then a talking frog came on :D:D - it may just be a TH-cam feature though usually in the past for yoga videos I usually see ads just at the beginning. In any case thank you! 🥰🥰

Thank you Rohan! Cactus arms is also known as goalpost arms, so think bent arms out to the side. Aiming to feel a stretch and openness through the front of the shoulders and chest. Hope this helps!
