I am a women's health physical therapist. This channel will primarily be educational videos for topics that are helpful for pelvic and abdominal related conditions. Low pressure fitness and hypopressive videos will be a common topic, since this is a great type of exercise for optimizing postpartum recovery. This channel may discuss topics such as pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum, low back pain, core strengthening, diastasis, pelvic pain, incontinence, endometriosis, menopause, and more. The goal is to be a helpful resource for women wanting to optimize their health in all stages of life! Physical therapy plays such an amazing role in health care, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to that in this way.
Get Fit After Baby: Postpartum Bodyweight Hypopressive Workout
This is a great postpartum bodyweight workout with some hypopressives at the end. These are exercises that you can do anywhere and will always be beneficial. This routine is a great postpartum exercise routine, that I recommend doing at least 6 months postpartum. If any exercise doesn't feel quite comfortable yet, please feel free to replace it with another exercise that feels more comfortable.
