John Duckett is the Silent Photographer. Why silent? Well no chatter, no commentary and no videos. Just relaxing old school landscape, seascape and woodland still photography in short slideshows. Thank you for commenting Kevin. I appreciate your point of view and am happy you took the time to comment.. there was a period a few years ago that I tried square just to mix it up a bit… mostly I shot 3:2 format again these days.
I was just about to comment saying the same thing. 3:2 would suit these scenes much better. Still nice photos tough.

Stupid question: Is it possible to color grade footage shot with a purly monochrome camera in terms of contrast and shadows and light, even if the footage was not shot in RAW?
I believe ‘levels’ in Photoshop would be best for this… make sure your graph covers completely from both edges with a nice peak at each end for strong contrast….
