Much much the opposite of today’s sterile bunch of carbon copy look alikes ; sounding like vacuum cleaners , driven by a bunch of wimps who scream for a driver penalty when someone farts in the car …..!

Tambay suffered from pain at his neck muscles that weekend; he was forced not to run for this reason. There was an attempt in practice but it went wrong.
You see a car that looks like a kettle, you know it's an F1 from the '70s. It explored several aerodynamic and performance concepts exaggeratedly, but concepts that are still used today.

@@f1collector177 Because Swiss had banned racing since the mass deaths during the race at le mans in I think 1956.
They were like go karts with 400 horsepower!
