I'm not understanding the alleged victim. So, the person started having intimate conversations with Iskall, and she(/he) seemed to enjoy those conversations (even including "flirtition"). So, if this is the case, if I understood this part correctly, why would she(/he) become so uncomfortable when he started taking things to another level? Something's off with this story. If you voluntarily feed a certain type of feelings in another person, then you should expect that person to want more of those feelings. It would be very different if the person making the allegations never tried to have "conversations that included flirtation, and shared love for minecraft, and hopes and dreams", and the Iskall would start approaching this person inappropriately. Maybe I'm understanding this wrong, though

Hitting on a mod is normal. She says no you move on. She gives interest you keep going. I don't need to know what was said or talked about in details as many things can be said at any given time that seem odd days or weeks later... call me daddy type of things in the moment are fun but weird when looked at weeks later.. if she is a employee vs a fan also changes things. I have no issues with celebrities having sex with fans as why not vs a employee who is stuck showing up to work and you have power over their income. There is a clear difference. If he was making sexual advances at a fan over and over again and she kept replying, taking his calls, calling him... well you can see in his mind she must like it as she keeps showing up around me. If she was a employee there is no flirting down ever. You can flirt up and see if there is interest but as a boss those under your rule are off limits.

for hermitcraft this is a good thing. Iskall85 allways was that one friend that shows up at the beginning of a project when hype is high and you get a lot of attention. But as soon as you have to put in the work you can see him avoiding it. Also he was that Hermit that constantly was lying, to his fans, to his friends and other hermits, and shrugging it off with the standard : i was just joking. Watch hermit interactions with him, no matter what he does or says, most hermits do not trust him, because they know how he is. At last if there is no attention and no more entertainment because of new lies ( people stop interating with you when you are allways just making stuff up) he will go away, leaving hermitcraft behind and jump to vault hunters to get his kicks. It does not even matter what happened now, because for a long time Iskall was that one friend, noone would fully enjoy to interact with.

From what we can see in the document and knowing the hermits of hermitcraft recieved more SS about the sexual harrasment I think it is safe to assume Iskall is unfortunatly a predator even if minor's weren't involved.

I think the hermits remaining mostly silent and just trying to distance themselves and Hermitcraft him him as much as possible is the right move. They don't won't to attract any more attention from this then necessary. They want to clear the air some by saying no minors are known to be involved and that Stress isn't involved, but don't want the drama. I remember the controversy of TinFoilChef saying something that was quite homophobic, but while some views absolutely blasted him, some others explained that being gay isn't how he said. TFC made a public apology that was pretty well excepted. From what I remember, Xisumavoid (the HC admin) and ZombieCleo were among the biggest defenders of his apology, while most stayed out of it, avoiding the drama. Cleo is bisexual by the way, so their public forgiveness really means something. (R.I.P TinFoilChef) My point for saying all of this is that this isn't the first time that Hermitcraft has faced drama, and probably won't be the last, but they seem to be really good at dealing with it. (I think that there was a couple other times too, but I haven't seem anything pre-season 6.) I think a huge part about why that is is that they are all adults. Some have a more childish demeanor, like Grian, but you can be a child at heart even though you're still a mature adult. There's nothing wrong with that.
