I had the same exact thoughts! I have a previous generation of the Diver 300M (the one with no waves) and didn’t think anything of the current 300M, but then the blue of the 60th was absolutely stunning!

How resistant to magnetism is the skyfall movement as it has the silicone hair spring? What (other than testing) does the Spectre movement have towards Anti- magnetism that the skyfall doesn’t?

Just ordered mine for £4000 old brand new from goldsmiths. Mines without the frame around the date which i prefer and the 38.5mm dial the 3 ocklock date window looks miles better than the 6 imo and the lug length makes for a classier looking watch and im saving £1600 from a new one😂 no brainer

Love mine coming from a Rolex guy who has turned into Omega & Rolex guy best of both worlds.Can't believe some Omega guys hating on this watch as gimick with case back it's a sign your to old everyone not watch guy thinks it's the coolest watch they have ever seen.

One little suggestion - show more of the watches, more video footage and more footage of them comparing side by side and individually. There was only a tiny selection of actual watch in the video. Lorenzo, I appreciate the video, but I have conflicting information from a few sites and another TH-cam video elsewhere - th-cam.com/video/3IFKVC-O4lw/w-d-xo.html As I understand, all the blue Skyfall Aqua Terra watches (38.5mm) have a silicon balance spring (identifiable by seeing Si-14 on the escapement as described very well on the video from 8.30 onwards). In fact, you will see from the video that even other dial colour pre-Master Coaxial watches clearly have the Si-14 balance spring as this started (in 2011) before METAS testing was included as standard. All the blue dial watches were made 2012 or after - I assume because of Skyfall, though I may be worng. Now if this is the case, that must mean the pre-Master Coaxial watches with the Si-14 balance springs should be amagnetic, unless there is some other spec change Omega make in the master vs non-master coxial movements. So, 2 questions: How did your watch get magnetized twice? And, can the Si-14 be swapped for the earlier springs? Once again, thanks for the great videos and extensive information that you continue to provide.

Great video, I tried the exhibition piece which at the time was the only one in the world out at the Bond st, London Boutique in December. The watch had the previous week been worn by Daniel Craig at the World Launch, it's a spectacular piece and I got to try on a watch worn by James Bond ha. Congrats on your purchase

Great story. I'm watching this while wearing my Omega 2531.80 Brosnan Seamaster with a new Omega mesh bracelet. I love the look of the 60th anniversary but need the smaller size of the 2531.80 for my sub-7 inch wrist.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, advice, and opinions. I have a planet ocean and a coaxial Speedmaster, but had been considering a Brosnan era seamaster (unsure if quartz or automatic). I think the back on this one is a bit gimicky and of course its more than twice as much money. Do you think this new watch would scratch that same itch however? It looks gorgeous. I own the 38.5mm Skyfall AT. I have 6.75 inch wrists so the size is perfect for me. The 41.5mm size Aqua Terra is just too large--as you note, the dial is so large given the smallish bezel. My dive watch is the 2220.80 Casino Royale Seamaster 300m Professional.

That looks great man, congrats! Didn’t Omega release a newer model a few years ago similar to that one? I know they brought back a couple vintage designs. I’d love to get a vintage or re-release one day too. 👍🏼
