Once I got to my destination, I called the police and reported it to Uber. I have had a herniated disc surgery, been off for a year. Still in horrible pain. Will his negligence to call the police, help me seek medical attention, and stay on the scene help my case?

I do rideshare as an independent contractor and someone rear-ended my car (Not while working) but I was able to get a rental car from enterprise. Enterprise won't let me use the car to continue working and my car is in the shop leaving me out of commission from working until I get my car back. Can I be compensated by the insurance company that is responsible because of the days I'm unable to work?

Several states issue IDs with "X", and more will begin doing so very soon. Regarding REAL ID, a requirement of "M" or "F" is unclear. Sex/gender is required, but I believe it is left to the states to determine which options to use and what the criteria are. Airlines are adding the "X" option; United and Air Italy have already done so, and others will be following soon, with IATA and ICAO already backing the availability of an "X" option. Other countries already issue "X" passports, and a court has already ordered the US State Department to issue an "X" passport as well (Zzyym v. Pompeo). Regarding prisons, law enforcement is responsible for protecting vulnerable inmates from violence; trans and nonbinary people may already be at increased risk regardless of what their IDs say.
