The mechanism on these triggers is really fragile, I got mine broken too, apparently it was factory overtighten and it broke the hinge retainer part, Gulikit really should sell spare parts.

Hey boss great video! I’m kind of trying to do the opposite process of this video, take the save from my physical NDS game and put it into the save for my platinum rom and play it on the r4 gold pro. How do I go about that process? Whenever I get the save file from Checkpoint i can’t seem to figure out how to overwrite the save on the rom. Would appreciate the help man thanks!

for anyone who has this controller , i recommended getting some krytox 205-g0 and lube trigger hinges and spring. Makes it smooth and remove creak noises.

One of the back paddle buttons is getting mushy. I see its plastic so its bound to happen but after only a month is annoying. Wish theyd go with a definitive version of static paddles instead of leaving it up to us to pick and choose on the fly. They need a permanent solution.

I copied everything exactly for HeartGold but everytime I open the digital version of the game, it loads a new game from the tutorial. I made sure to match the .sav file name to the rom name but still no luck. Any advice?

Appreciate your expertise but hard to follow your setting suggestions- you know what you are doing and go very fast plus there is some glare on the screen making it hard to see and follow.

Why did you have to remove the PCB to replace the trigger? The screws are clearly visible above the button/sticks board. My trigger just broke after very light use. Literally popped out I assume cause the spring wasn’t seated properly. So there are 2 springs per trigger???

My issue is the npc won't leave and still block the entrance to that ferris wheel when my character has a date with Curtis who would be at the ferris wheel wasn't its entrance blocked. How can I fix this?
