I may have a misconception of Liu Bei's vision of restoring the Han, but by this point, I lost faith in his actual ambition. I believe he wanted power and used the "Han restoration" as a byproduct to have his ambition legitimate in the government and population's POV. I may be wrong.

Not first, but I'm fine with that. I prefer when they do add large clans in a three kingdoms game. It ups the stakes and the chance for sworn rival enemies to come into play. I'm glad you discuss the ones that don't get added so they can be by those who want the immersion intact.
