請問如何從酒標分辨出它是哪一級的葡萄酒呢
謝謝認真觀看影片！在布根地介紹這個播放清單裡面，很初淺的將布根地產區等級的大區級、村莊級都介紹了一遍，所以可以根據影片裡的AOC，在酒標上找到相對應的文字，然後根據影片介紹分類，明白是哪一級的葡萄酒。範例：AOC Chablis 在這部影片中出現，那就是村莊級的了！所以酒標上一定可以看到 Chablis 這樣的標示！
5-8度酒精就加烈, 不是14.8, 那是potential alcohol of must
252g/L 是指葡萄採收時每公升汁的含糖量，具有轉換14.8度酒精度的能力（Potential alcohol of must），這是法規的最低標準。雖然也可以低於含糖量做VDN ，但就不屬於法規CDC的標準了！
是的, 我是指這一句"酒精必須發酵至少15%", vdn是在wine must 5-8%下加入96%烈酒, 高酒精一下去已經即時停止發酵(酵母菌會死), Grenache Noir會連皮繼續浸皮, 但那只是為咗顏色, body等, 並沒有發酵, 超過15%的酒精是由烈酒來的。
我是旗山人，這才是回憶中的飯湯，超級好吃，有蘿蔔有豆枝有豬肉有雞肉。現在人在外出走，外縣市9成都是鮪魚或海鮮飯湯，吃起來都沒這好吃，超懷念家鄉這種飯湯的🥺

The way the point of view swings around, it's hard to keep track of the aspect. An arrow pointing north would help. It's a little hard to see the slope as well. And notes about the soil would be helpful, especially in Alsace.

好有趣！冷浸皮應該會是不錯的方法，早一點採收留著酸度的話是糖度會不夠？嗎？
留部分梗也許也能給多一點酸？只是怕單寧口感品質…
提早採收，就需要補糖了！台灣黑后就算再熟都有高酸度，完全不煩惱。所以台灣也只適合混釀！
更早之前奶奶時代 要躲防空洞 有蕃薯吃就很好了

材料：芹菜、魷魚、豆支（網上有豆棗果、豆支果，個人經驗是豆棗果較像）、蝦皮（蝦米）、高麗菜、魚丸、鹹菜、蘿蔔、竹筍、紅蔥頭、蚵仔、虱目魚
不同地方使用的材料有所差異，大山社區不靠海，所以就沒有海鮮的材料
我覺得您影片做得很好，但建議語速可以加快一些些 ^^||

竟然是黃酒 喝過一次就被那種充滿堅果花香和紹興酒味的酒款衝擊到，但缺點就是價格基本上都不太便宜 其他類似酒款應該是西班牙的Amontillado
我覺得是台灣價格炒太高！

我以為Côtes de Nuits Villages這個AOC是夜丘的村莊級AOC葡萄都可以拿來混著做。看了影片才知道原來是有限定某些村莊的葡萄才能做，其中有些村莊還不能做一村莊AOC，勃根地真是太博大精深了。
以為自己常喝勃根地，看完覺得自己真的有喝過勃根地嗎？

Perhaps slowing down for the largest AC (eg Vin de Savoie) would be more informative. Lots of information to read - especially cépages. Beautiful fly overs.

@@sommelierafterwork someday China will be the largest market for French wine (and not just the luxury cuvées) so taking this first step is admirable. The Chinese will learn very quickly - but also bring an independent perspective to the rather staid world of official classification (ie the AOC system). There is great opportunity here.
