great advise and points discussed! thank you for sharing!
What would you do if you have information about a narcissistic mother abusing the children & tried killing their oldest child & has beaten her husband.
Rose from Bradenton Florida first time
Wow, this hits hard fr. And ngl I don't know how to answer them. It's been a while when I was truly happy. I don't even remember it.
Great information. Thank you!!
Thank you for describing me so well.
All of that, the trying to sleep and the thinking of work in dread. I even have this feeling of pins and needles in my arms and legs when I am trying to block the thinking of work and trying to fall asleep. It's a living hell, at least now I know what it is
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Ask about the way to behave with your wife from the verses of the Quran and Imam Ali on Google.. that he is the ruler of God on earth...
Many people that have had lyme and other chronic illness for years have actually healed so to tell someone that they will have to live with an illness for life is not right because that's not always true unless they except and think they will never heal.
Thank you for time and effort you put into producing this interview. I am not sure of the audience for this discussion. I'm afraid it's not for me as it doesn't resonate with my experience as someone with severe trauma, depression, and anxiety for decades. Your references early in the video about when to stop therapy seemed like putting cart before the horse. It's clear that you are not familiar with the lived experience of someone with severe and chronic mental illness that doesn't abate for extended periods of time. I found it frustrating that clinicians are still so divorced from the reality of living with life long debilitating mental illness. A little further feedback, the back patting I felt was annoying. Good strategies were discussed but it was over the top in my opinion.
😂😂😂😂
This seems to be like a standard playbook for them
So me and my ex have lost a child will no longer together our daughter was 2 1/2 months old when she died and even though we're not together he lives with me and some of the similar things that is trauma bonding cannot be considered trauma bonding or mistaken for it or is it trauma bonding
This was an incredible podcast! One thing Dr. Chapman said that hit me hard was, “Learning to treat your thoughts as a hypothesis rather than facts”. Wowzers!! Yes!! 👏🏼 Gonna listen again and again to let it all sink in. Thank yall!! ❤️
Help me pls
🍀 "Promo SM"
Why do you have to wait 10 minutes by video starts?
Searching for NEGATIVITY in one’s life is odd, unusual … the woman with PINK sweater seems to have an obsession with negative things in her life. People CANNOT pronounce my name also, and I find it AMUSING! Do not consider that micro-aggression! It is simply funny!
I am just starting the video but I wanted to let you know that the "Click here to claim" is not functional. From my veiw there is no indication that it would be clickable and doesnt redirect or open any tabs.
Thank you for catching that! The link has been added 😊
Definitely me
Awesome presentation..ty 🙏🏻🌹✨️
Tytytyty
Awesome and 100% true.
this was honestly the most amazing podcast episode, Jill's energy is beyond beautiful and I will be listening to this on repeat!
Yo that guy used to be my jiu jitsu instructor
Oh gosh ive never felt so seen and understood, Dr. Benau explained the concept of shame and how people interact with it. It’s soo complex and different from each individual. I personally suffer from chronic shame, to a point where my partner humbled me and threw a hard pill to swallow and those words are “do you like making yourself sad?” That threw me off, but it was a wake up call for me and i’m still trying to get to know more about my mental health and my own habits and behaviors and where they’re coming from. Thank you for this!! I learned so much about myself and my past experiences😅
My medical doctor just confirmed me better and very okay after undergoing #DrMadida herbal treatment plan for my Meniere disease and Parkinson Disease 🦠.
This is the first video I’ve seen of your channel, I’m definitely saving this and hopefully buying this book. Now I’m off to see more of this cool channel.
Thank you! So glad you like it :)
This was an amazing journey to watch! Thanks to all involved

Mark DeJesus (on youtube) has actually helped me out a lot concerning intrusive thoughts. They can get bad sometimes.
Thank you VERY much for sharing all this information. It is very helpful to hear different points of view. I appreciate the time you all are taking to create these videos to share with us.
Glad it was helpful!
This conversation was so heartwarming and empowering for me as someone who just realised I have ADHD at 39 years with 4 children and doing a masters in social work. Your knowledge is encouraging and you both maintained a beautiful level of respect for each other and audience. Thank you 👏🏽 I would have loved to hear more about the challenges if any of going through a masters program in social work as an adult with ADHD 😊
