Which version do you have for the iCsee app that’s used in the video? Is it offered by huangwanshui? How can you get to the Config Wizard page to select Storage Method; then Local Storage Regular (continuously recording) and not just have it on the Alarm (Record only when an alarm is triggered) option? Or do you have to config everything all over again with the QR code. How do you get it to record the entire time?

Hello Jane Kung and Anyone, the current iCSee version 6.9.2 doesn't have the "INTELLIGENT VIGILANCE" feature! Can you (or Anyone) tell us which version of iSCEE you were using in this video. I've found some older versions (v6.7.6, v6.5.1, v6.0.1 and neither of them have the "intelligent vigilance" feature either. If anyone knows plz post version and perhaps a link to that version! Thx

Can you please help me? At night, the camera automatically turns on its bright light... I don't want it to have light at night. I toggled the infrared setting but the light still didn't go off. It's really weird that the cameras have bright lights at night, it's just causing more attention.

One day notification stopped working. I dont know why. I think its because of china servers and services. Camera is good but services…

I my case, I have to add Wifi network credential in ICSee app first and than the wifi camera scans a QR code shown in the ICSee app. After successful configuration, camera gets added in ICSee app from where the camera can be controlled. My camera was already connected to one Wifi Network. I factory resetted it and than tried to configure it on some other Wifi etwork in my home. Now I am gettig following error "Error content:Too many login errors. Please try in 10 minutes." when Wifi camera scans the QR code shown in ICSee app. Although the camera gives an audio indication "Connected to router successfully." but immidietly after this voice, I get above mentioned error displayed in the ICsee app . Any idea why this is happening, any solution for this issue? Usuelly, ICSee app asks for login password after the camera gives sound "Connected to router successfully". I think that login password for my camera is not getting resetted even after hard resetting the camera multiple times.

I don’t see smart alarm on my setting???

Anyone help please? My Icsee CCTV Camera only records 10 seconds each alarm, also there are times that it skips recording like it will not record for a couple of minutes or hours then back again. I am subscribed to their cloud service, I had already sent an feedback but it has been months and no response.
