The method is simple yet effective, but for accuracy people need to do some self-discovery to find out thier top 10-20 values than define 3-5 core values. Looking forward for the next one 🙌🏻

@@zakariamesbah Spot on! I suggest that if you just starting with values then review them every two months for the first 12 months. Over time the top ones will emerge. In the beginning, it's just pick them - like trying on the coat.

Thank you! And spot on. I've just replaced my shotgun mic with a Hollyland lapel mic. Hopefully, that will help with the audio. I'm also trying to do some audio work in the edit to improve things. Not there yet.

Mmm... I know the basic concept of it... As per your previous comment, it is an important part of decision making and being consistent with who we see ourselves as being. And that naturally connects to our values. If we are not choosing in line with our values then we are experiencing cognitive dissonance. Great point. I'm liking it!

@@philippeg3 🤣 Yep, I have thought about this a lot. But I think the key is to write down a quick draft in 10 minutes, then improve on it later. Trying to get it perfect could take a lifetime.

@@philippeg3 Most mornings I do a meditation first. But on other days I prefer to get moving with a walk, or my ideal, a swim.

@@philippeg3 And if you only wrote down the first 2-3 things you want to do each day, that would be a great start.

I agree it's definitely up there. It just missed the cut of the top ten for me. I chose The Communist Manifesto ahead of it because of the impact it had. But then again, WW2 was pretty big.

That's right Philippe. They are timeless principles and having the four layers allows you to focus on the full spectrum of life from the sky high to the everyday moment.

Yes, it isn't clear. You can see why people use the words mission and vision as if they mean the same thing. But I agree. They are different. And I like what you've said mission requires action.
