I skipped mile 1 to 100 NOBO, because I plan on hiking the AT next March. So now I have completed miles 100-181. Anything coming up that is as scary as Burnt Rock and Ravine Ladder? That’s a cool perspective. I enjoy their company as well. I experienced it in the 100 mile wilderness a few years ago, and enjoyed hiking with them for a week on the LT. Good people.😁

Watched all 3- thank you for putting these together and appreciate the showing and naming of shelters! Looked like an awesome adventure - one I hope to add to my list in the next few years. :)

Wise move not getting too close! They look like gentle giants, but they can be quite territorial On another note that mosquito sounded like it had jet engines.

Loved your great videography, content and narration!! Your recap of this amazing trail is the best I've seen! Just binge watched all 3 while home from work feeling under the weather. Had me reminiscing about my 2022 LT hike. Thanks so much for bringing us along on yours🥰

I’m from VT. Recently have decided I want to do more hiking and want to tackle the LT in sections. Curious how the bugs were and what you did to manage them at night. Thanks for posting your experience, it’s been fun to watch.

Bugs were not a problem except for a few locations. At night when bugs are bad, you crawl inside your tent. Worth every pound to be able to escape. I can tolerate bugs during the day and don’t really react to bites. At night however, they can be infuriating!😂
