Get inspired by a recipe!
มุมมอง 235 ปีที่แล้ว
No need to have a specific recipe for everything you want to make. Simply take the ideas, cooking methods, and concepts of a recipe and tweak it to suit you or the situation. See this is what I love about the 2B Mindset program, it's flexible! All of my meals don't need to planned out and prepped in advance. I just need a good base of go-to's in my fridge, freezer, and pantry. As your 2B Mindse...

    Please stop pushing Sea Sponges, they have been overharvested from our oceans. Your plastic sponge is made of chemicals, and so is everything. There is very little scientific evidence that Synthetic sponges or any plastics on your skin can harm you, it's just plastic. The common marine sea sponge takes ~40 years to grow to the size of a baseball, and they are critical in marine habitats. So please, if you want something "natural", go use a luffa. Can't you clean your synthetic sponge the same way using a microwave oven? Everything in our human lives is made from oil, why do you put oil in your car? You are insane, "natural" doesn't mean not detrimental to our marine ecosystems. Use your words carefully. I'm upset by your video.

    • @cristinefinckfitness6902
      @cristinefinckfitness6902 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      anne 20 You’re completely correct that everything is made of chemicals, even good ole H2O, but I think, unless you’re in a science setting, it’s not uncommon to use the term in the way I did. 😊 When you go live, you don’t always have the luxury to pick your words as wisely as you may want.

  • @oa3255
    @oa3255 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    1:39 ... this is the kind of person you're taking advice from in case you came here to look for an intellectual advice. 2:25 ... if you only dry the synthetic sponge by squeezing it hard with one hand after each use it'll last over six months looking like new. No need for a veriety of potentially corrosive chemicals to clean it. almost done.... 3:14 this lady doesn't understand what the word chemical means yet she mentioned a long list of them to clean the sea sponge. I just gotta say the salesman who convinced her to buy the organic house of microbes and pathogens found the perfect target to sell to.

    • @KylerChin
      @KylerChin 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely true. Just flipping use a synthetic one instead of taking out sponges from the flipping ocean, haven't we overharvested them enough? This lady low key dumb as frick

    • @biibikiki1304

      What nonsense are you talking .. omg.. how can synthetic ones be better??? Natural Sea Sponges are some of the simplest multicellular organisms alive. ... One of the many benefits of using natural sea sponges for bathing and washing is that they contain enzymes that make them naturally antibacterial, and inhibit the growth of bacteria, mildew and mold.

    • @KkmeArts
      @KkmeArts 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I might be wrong but I think in the past people used these natural sponges so much that they were close to extinction, I'm not sure though.

    • @KylerChin
      @KylerChin 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      By law, Sponge fisherman must cut them with a serrated knife and leave a piece there. That piece will grow back an inch or two the first year. Also, the sponge must be 5 inches across in diameter. We have been harvesting sponges for over a thousand years. We had an algae bloom that killed the fish and sponges and the plastic companies came out with the synthetic. SOAK IT UP!
