I have the same 1 & need to do this. You have 1 thru 6 on the radio face, how do you input 7, 8, & 9? Thanks for posting.

instead of moving the relays up and away from the new tranny, could you instead sandwich a thick piece of rubber between them? like a square cut from a bike innertube? im guessing it would work but it would just look ugly.

14 year maintenance tech at various plants. I seen you touch the back of your hand on the unit and it instantly reminded me of a machine that went down and had 480 volts grounded to it. We didn't know it and I leaned over to see under the machine and touched it. Joker lit me up! I was nervous as it gets for a little while after that lol. It made me smarter, that's for sure lol

Funny thing I had a transformer go out in my furnace back in July called my home warranty found out almost a month later they won’t cover the cost to fix it. This is after having 3 techs coming out

Why didn't you show where to input the code. I got the radio out and see the code, but don't know how to input it. there is no number above 6, so how do you input 7,8,9,0? This would've been really helpful.

That chart is used to plot a CFM, not used to determine a max/min CFM. Using your DP and inlet size you can plot the CFM going through the VAV.

My transformer is working but it makes a continuous buzzing noise. Is that a transformer going bad?

I work on commercial equipment only big nationwide company all customers are national corporate chain, companies policy is write up repairs but leave the unit on and heating because they think there's enough makeup air to dilute the carbon monoxide, one day I was called for no heat on a large shoe store that had 5 rtus, 4 of them had cracks so long and open you could put your fingers through, another company was out before and they turned the gas valves off to disable and I was told to open then and let it run just write up the heat exchangers replacement quote. I was very uncomfortable doing this but 1 month later I was back there to replace all 4 rtus. if the worst happened and people were getting sick in the store I wonder if I'd be the one thrown under the buss

done a bunch of those, stressed out the first couple times now takes me 3 hours at the most, I do everything inside the store, don't worry about the residual r29 inside it won't explode not enough charge like lightning up a candle if anything. it's brazing the access tubes at the end that I like to take my time everything else is a breeze

Installed residentially for 4yr and just started mixing in service, but always doing my homework. The best I’ve done at my new company is lead a $50k job. Part 2 to that is NEVER stop under an over pass it is a TOTAL DEATH TRAP. Not only will you encounter debris, it magnifies the wind coming under the over pass

I'm having that problem with my electric heat. New thermostat installed then the humming then a pop. Transformer fried. Trying to locate the issue.
