The Godfather
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 9 ต.ค. 2016
Vito Corleone is the aging don (head) of the Corleone Mafia Family. His youngest son Michael has returned from WWII just in time to see the wedding of Connie Corleone (Michael's sister) to Carlo Rizzi. All of Michael's family is involved with the Mafia, but Michael just wants to live a normal life. Drug dealer Virgil Sollozzo is looking for Mafia families to offer him protection in exchange for a profit of the drug money. He approaches Don Corleone about it, but, much against the advice of the Don's lawyer Tom Hagen, the Don is morally against the use of drugs, and turns down the offer. This does not please Sollozzo, who has the Don shot down by some of his hit men. The Don barely survives, which leads his son Michael to begin a violent mob war against Sollozzo and tears the Corleone family apart.

Don Corleone sends his regards.
The guy in the revolving door didn’t have a chance
Despite all the violence, the music is magnificent.
The Power of magistral Direction and Editing...😮😮!!!!
That was the day when Michael accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and was saved.
were the smgs used to kill tattaglia(he was the one doing the deed) crafted only for 1 mag?
who is here after watching modern family
Maybe for the first time, I connected this scene with Brando's other iconic moment, the cab scene in "On the Waterfront." Ex-boxer Terry Malloy's admission of regret "I coulda been a contender" brackets poignantly with Don Corleone's realization "There wasn't enough time, Michael." As it brackets Brando's career. Terry gets a chance at redemption, but the Don has to pass the torch to his son and hope he can carry on for the family.
...
That is what happens when Michael said that ' Your out of the Family!'
We get there...,.
5:26 "We got 'em all boss" "Sweet"
The fact that church allows members of an organisation whose business model is to break each commandment on a daily basis to celebrate rituals on its premises shows that church is a criminal organisation itself.
That little baby is 52 now....
Micheal and Appollonia... Young Micheal ❤
My favourite film.
Wow what a criminal mastermind... "Just kill everybody or sth its gonna be aight"
Everybody's talking about this scene, the acting, the emotions etc... But it's "Son, you will meet with someone you trust completely and they will kill you. Ooh, I drink more wine now" :D
I love how people from the 70s took an extra 3 seconds to fall dead from a bullet wound.
If that's your last scene you're going to go out the right way 😂
Only a genious could portrait a war criminal as a god like figure. And criminal related activities look and feel like a mystical experience.
Google the Medici family. They were into banking and were considered the first crime family in Italy.
Even though he was the Don Vito still ran back to get his soldier off the ground. That is what's up.
You know what’s crazy to think about. That baby is like 50 years old now
The baby’s an actress now!
Love this scene. Reminds me of my father when he spoke Sicilian, the cadence, the inflections, the gestures. Brilliant.
Made me think of the scene in Breaking Bad where Jacks crew kills off Mike's guys in various New Mexico prisons in a fifteen minute window.
Greatest scene in cinamatic history.
Women and children can be careless but not men. Those wise words that I will never forget.
American government behind the scenes.
Other church goers: "Man, the organ play sounds ominous today, isn't it?"
3:03 "How much should I pay you?" The only time in this whole scene when Vito genuinely felt insulted as he looks back at Bonasera. He just spent all this time emphasising about friendship, the relationships that they should have had since his wife was Godmother to their daughter. Yet Bonasera still talks about hiring him with money so distantly. Money was never the issue.
I probably saw this scene way younger than I should’ve been at the time, but between Apollonia’s death, and this scene always remain the most iconic parts of the Godfather for me
The entire film can be seen on rumble
Modern Family brought me here.
The greatest horror in these scenes is the Catholic church and its arcane rituals. I was raised Catholic -- but thank God -- I escaped their clutches.
You and my wife. She went to parochial school from K-8. Once she escaped into a public HS, she took her uniform into her backyard and burned it. Like most girls who went to the same Long Island parochial school, she married a Jewish guy... me 😁😁😁 On the other hand, her predecessor was also Irish Catholic as is my wife. Difference is...the ex was also antisemitic. Night she dumped me after 11 months, he words were "I'd rather be with a nice Catholic boy now." Her voice and eyes were cold. She dumped me for this fat worm who was going to go into the priesthood but instead he decided to split me and her up. Got sick from what happened. When I met my wife almost 4 years later, I had warning bells go off in my head. I sure as hell didn't want a repeat of the ex. Luckily she wasn't. Wife would love to meet the ex and send her to the moon.
What arcane rituals? Don’t see any, I’m a recent convert and I’ve been doing heavy research, don’t see anything arcane here.
@@Vifffavonk The whole baptism ritual is as arcane as witchcraft, so are the halloween costumes worn by priests and bishops. And if there truly is such a thing as "sin", it's the amount of money lavished on material things such as museum-like cathedrals, instead of devoting that money to caring for the poor. Don't you know the Catholic church is the biggest landowner in the world? That the Catholic church is first and foremost a political organization that grew from the ashes of the Roman Empire? That the Catholic church's inquisitions were responsible for the torture and murder of hundreds of thousands? Do you really think God endorses a religion that does that? Do you really think God is so REMOTE from you, that you can't directly know God, and that you need a priest as an intermediary? I'm truly sorry to hear you are a recent convert -- I offer my condolences. Instead of putting your faith in some religion -- any religion -- I urge you to learn true spirituality and make your own choices. Don't let some church tell you what to believe. Find God on your own and develop a direct relationship with God, instead of putting intermediaries between you and the Creator. God is with you right now, and you don't need a church to come between you and God. I pray for you.

Here from Modern Family
Proof positive that Islam is the True Faith of Peace. Nothing like this happens at a Shaddah. The Muslim conquest of Europe was the good timeline we could all have had.
Islam was never a religion of peace accepted that, baptisms are holy and you do know this is a movie about the mob? The church has nothing to do with what Michael taking out the families here.
If this song doesn't move you, you ain't breathing.
3:55 Spot On😂😂
The best scene ever.
The best scene was 3 hours long!
Best scene from the movie. The church music getting more sinister as the killings pile up, the juxtaposition of Michael renouncing Satan as his men are massacring everyone, and how he becomes a godfather and THE godfather simultaneously.
LOL c'mon, the "Gordfather" sounds like a man, who is touched in the head and suffers from a deformity in his face.
He renounced them alright
CATHOLICOS ✝️
Catholics
name a better scene i fucking dare you like in cinema's history
Moe Green "ah ok, i was shot in the eye, ill get comfortable"
Everyone that has a Mike or mikel are legal thiefs
Back to back three-minute unstoppable commercials. Outta here, TH-cam
The contrast of this scene!
The Catholic church is meaningless.
Besides the fact it forever improved society for the better.
@@Vifffavonkabsolutely
You taking something seriously from a movie? You must be super retarded
I always feel bad for the bitch
