客家传统糕点【苎叶粄】 Ramie Leaf Dumplings
苎叶粄是我小时候最喜欢吃的客家糕点之一。好久没吃了。一直很想做,却找不到苎叶。庆幸朋友从家乡带了苎叶回来。才有机会制作和分享。
苎叶源自苎麻。城市里很少人耕种。不过现在很方便了,网上也可以买得到。
当成品做好时。我咬了一口,咀嚼咀嚼。我的大脑告诉我,就是这个味道。童年的味道。
Ramie Leaf Dumplings is one of my favorite Hakka pastries when I was a kid. Haven't eaten in a long time. I've always wanted to make it, but I couldn't find ramie leaves. I am glad that my friend brought back ramie leaves from his hometown. Only have this opportunity to make and share.
