very helpful video trying these out now :) Any tips on reacting faster to whiff punishes? Ive realized my hand hovering over the top row of buttons makes me react with mk and drive impact slower so I might have to change that up

helped illustrate one of the aspects i was really feeling the rough edge of this game. and i think this issue present in SF6 is only exaggerated with mechanics like drive rush. because even in those instances where you get hit by cr m, in prior games at longer distances that would usually lead to short 2-3 hit combos from what i understand. and it can lead to attempts to pressure stronger options. but in 6, drive rush can turn any footsie tool into a full combo, corner carry, and meaty setup reward.

The range on Chun's normals is deceptively insane

Its crazy now that I’m thinking about it, this sim player I was getting casuals with at this local was teleporting when he’d get close to the corner(although he’d also mix up his timings on it making it trickier for me to snipe it out) such a small detail but I think that actually makes it so much easier to find patterns in my opponent for sure gonna be keeping this in mind
