Why I Didn't Attend The WBPSC JE Interview | My Decision Explained
In this video, I want to address a decision that may surprise many of you-why I chose not to attend the WBPSC Junior Engineer (JE) interview, despite clearing the written exam. As many of you know, I run an online coaching center dedicated to helping civil engineering students prepare for competitive exams. My passion has always been in teaching, and today I’m going to explain the reasoning behind my decision.
You may have heard critics say that teachers who don't pursue government jobs shouldn't be teaching others. In this video, I’ll respond to these concerns and clarify why my true focus is on guiding students towards success, rather than pursuing a job in the public sector.
In this video, I’ll cover:
1. Why I decided not to attend the interview.
2. My passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
3. Addressing criticism about my decision and how it affects my students.
4. How this decision will benefit my students and my long-term goals as an educator.
