My dream would be they can make another spin off game like it but for modern consoles. I couldn't get into the latest spin off Arceus as it felt like I was just a Pokemon farmer, who literally had to catch em all over and over. Agree with the accessories, I think Pokemon Bank filled that gap for awhile but even that is gone now. Maybe if they did a device like a tamagotchi/digivice and you could raise your Pokemon from a game outside while you weren't playing then it levels up in game when you go back or gets stat boosts. One can dream haha

@@Astralbeargaming I think we had a device similar which is pokewalker but during the time when Heartgold and Soulsilver first came out. There also was the e-reader card scanner that I missed out on when I was little. I agree with you that Nintendo should bring back these games to the Switch and Switch 2 but who knows when that will happen. Yes, I started to grew tired of Pokemon right when Black and White came out but I still rather play Black and White 1 and 2 than the rest of the Pokemon games that come after those releases.

ohh I missed all the Pokemon accessories then. Hopefully the next main game has more finesse than the last releases, especially if the switch 2 capability allows for better performance.

Same, it has some flaws but overall I really enjoyed playing it.

The Lion King was so unforgiving, I am glad when they remastered it for modern consoles it had features like rewind. The SNES library is truely special.

@@JessicaReaves-ur8vb Hi, you can use quick save at any point. If I remember correctly it is the left bumper button for Nintendo Switch. Don’t need a physical copy, I had a digital copy and worked just fine.

@@ExxL thanks for watching. That is true if you know the characters well you may be able to guess. Even if you don’t the way they build out the information of characters is great in the game

@@Astralbeargaming Hi Amanda, the default is Performance mode. There is also Balanced (which I used mostly) and a Graphics mode. There is no "Fidelity" mode on the PS5. Hope that helps clarify the issue. 🙋🏻‍♀

I feel the same way as you do. After 2 hrs (demo) decided not to pursue it. For anyone with accessibility issues, this game should be investigated closely before purchase as the settings under Accessibility are sparse (to put it politely).

@@Food4Dogs Agreed, I would have liked an option to assist when I got to the fight that made me give up. I probably should have played the demo instead of just buying the game. I got a little caught up in everyone calling it amazing...

@Astralbeargaming I almost bought it based on the great reviews and awesome trailers - but the price here in NZ is very steep (for you probably too), so I hung back. I happened to notice the demo bc I subbed to PS+ top tier for 2 months, and that gives you access to the "trial" version (2 hour limit). Why the demo isn't freely available to everyone on PSN is beyond me.

@@chronodiem Yes, the past few months were busy with work and a couple of sneaky trips overseas. Finally had some time again to focus on the channel. It would be awesome if they created new fragrances for different characters

@@gloverdragon6854 Digitally you can get them all outside Japan. Some have slightly different names like Retro Mystery Club for the VN. Physical copies are a different story, I believe limited run games printed Golf Story. Brave Dungeon is also getting a retail release this year but not sure if it is just in Japan.

It does, indeed, reminds of Cotton series. They are shoot 'em ups with cute witch, Cotton, in main role. Latest installement - Rainbow Cotton Remake is first in 3D so it's closest to this game in looks, but of course gameplay is different

I do like the look of this and looks perfectly fitted for switch …..im gonna put it on my list to watch out for

Thanks for watching. Yes otome games do have a more niche audience than plain VNs. Especially for western audiences. On the flip side the market size and popularity of them in Asia is huge.

Wii Fit is not switch compatible. Ring Fit Adventure was the switch game that replaced Wii Fit. It has a lot of the same exercises/ yoga poses and more. I think it was a welcome upgrade too.
