I don”t ever post comments, but I feel the need to address something. I’m not trying to be rude or anything like that, but it’s actually really good to be plant based. Fruits and vegetables and other plants like potatoes etc give you many nutrients. In fact, you don’t need meat to survive. Just because we are meat, doesn’t mean we need to eat meat, I mean, do we eat ourselves. Well, some people eat other humans, but we don’t need meat. I understand some people really enjoy eating meat and it can be hard to let it go, but meat causes many illnesses and can actually make you lose years in your life. Your bones will be less strong and you don’t get a lot of energy, that’s why lots of people are lazy. You guys should do research of being plant-based and the benefits of it. Again, I’m not trying to be rude or convince you to be plant-based because I’m not plant based but I don’t eat meat often. Maybe next time instead of putting hate comments, do your research so you don’t look like an idiot when you’re an adult. Trust me, meat was a big thing when my parents were kids. Spam was very popular, but as we have done more research, studies have shown that meat can be very harmful. So in 10yrs from now, you’ll feel like an idiot for saying that plant-based is bad. No offense to people who think otherwise. I just want to put it out there. Sorry if this makes you feel bad, it’s just my opinion so please don’t come for me. I’m young and my mom is a fitness trainer and health instructor so she knows a lot about this kind of stuff. Hope you don’t feel offended or anything like that because I genuinely am not trying to be rude or anything like that. Have a wonderful day everyone and for the people who posted this short. That’s a great selection of nutrients, fats, and fiber! Nothing wrong with non plant proteins, and 7 blood tests a year is really excessive. Great job getting them to eat some many vegetables!

People literally are dying from being vegan because they aren’t getting enough nutrients. Also a lot of the plant base foods your body doesn’t even recognize as food look it up their are studies
