Hi Jon. Thanks for reaching out and no problem being here (it shows I need to add my social links 😀my IG is instagram.com/simonbradleysb/ I did Propane a few years ago now, during the covid period so it was a baptism by fire into the online space having been "in-person" for many years. They teach you a lot, and I'm sure have introduced new methods and refined their course even more since then. (I also know they have grown and have a team working at Propane as well now so it may be different to when I didi it). The founders, Jonny and Yusef are cool guys, genuine and funny, and they did build their own fitness business before starting Propane, so their methods work. The Crunch will help - all ab exercises will give shape to muscles - but nutrition should be your main driver to create a calorie deficit - which is what will "reveal" the six pack" muscles once the fat covering them is used as fuel.

I got a surprise to learn that the olympic snatch and clean and jerk require more effort of the core muscles and you have to be very mobile and limber to be able to do them...
Marc that's so true - core muscles are really important when the movement is complex and then you add weight into the equation as well - and especially in order to raise a loaded bar above the head! I reckon key exercises for core strength include the Plank th-cam.com/video/PQHrtzU7Uug/w-d-xo.html The Reverse Crunch th-cam.com/video/7pmJvG2ax5g/w-d-xo.html and if you have access to it, a hanging leg raise th-cam.com/video/TzpsyyqLuDU/w-d-xo.html... Also 100% agree about mobility and being limber to accomplish such lifts - I hope the Stretching videos help with this - perhaps in particular the Squat posture, which is a key component in all the lifts you mention th-cam.com/video/ktLkus54AIA/w-d-xo.html 🙂

This is supine, not prone. Also, NEVER put your feet up like that. It may feel easier on your lower back, but actually increases the wear on your spine. Keep feet on the floor.
Anthony thank you for pointing out the mistake and yes you are right, it is supine not prone, so I have corrected that error (you will see from all the other similar exercises on here it was simply a typing and "copy-n-paste" error) But Anthony I would disagree about not having feet up. I used to have a lower back disc injury, and when you have your feet on the floor it can squeeze the disc area. And I've never seen any evidence or literature suggesting wear on your spine from having feet up on a bench? If you were to lie flat on the floor rather than on a bench, with legs stretched straight, then that is the most neutral position for the bones of the vertebrae and the disc in between - the least amount of "intervertebral pressure" on the spine, but if when lying on a bench you then bring your feet onto the floor, this brings the spine out of neutral and into a mild extension - and it CAN aggravate a back\disc injury. However, if you place your feet up on the bench instead, it then removes this lower back extension and takes it into mild flexion, which can relieve pressure in the lower back. And if you think about it, why would it place wear on your spine in a tricep extension, which is an isolation movement? - it should literally only be the tricep muscles engaged and working! I appreciate and welcome the feedback - I genuinely do, so thank you. If it feels better for you with feet on the floor, then go with that - but my own experience with a lower back injury, and clients with the same, is that it feels better to sometimes perform an exercise like this with the feet up. If you can cite a reference or give a reason as to why you feel this increases wear on the spine then I am happy to listen? 🙏
Bro, they are meal prep bags/gym bags. Not meant to load down or be used as fashion.
Hey, thanks for the comment buddy. I don't know anything about fashion but I agree - these bags are totally for function. But the brand Six Pack Fitness are supposed to be one of the leading brands in meal bags, so I was really disappointed it broke so quickly. And definitely not overloaded at all. I've actually tried so many of these meal prep backpacks and I think in the end you just can't put everything into a backpack! The replacement shoulder style bag has lasted ever since I posted this video last September - so all good, although if you can recommend a good meal prep backpack I'd happily try it - even review it!

what's the oz size of the meal prep boxes?
Chris thanks for the question - they are 20oz boxes - but do make sure you watch part 3 because the bag broke! (the strap stitching came apart, and without the bag being overloaded and only after about a week). So i returned it and in fact wouldn't recommend for that reason. I now use the seilblot shoulder bag instead - featured in part 3 of these review videos). Best of luck. Simon
