I lived in this dormitory in Ventspils for 5 months while doing Erasmus in 2020. It was nice to watch it on TH-cam after 4 years.
Oh, wow! I was there in 2020 too 😅
Hi Anna what level of french is required for these universities?
Hi! Each university has its own requirements but for bachelor’s it’s usually B1-B2
Do not go to the display toilets, worst mistake of my life!

Thank you for the best video could you please tell about pursuing medicine in riga stardins university nd the expenses for an international student. Lots of love from INDIA🇮🇳
Well, I’m not sure what kind of medicine you mean…
whats this website you r using ?
Pharmacies are open from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and at night, there are on-call pharmacies which are there for those who come out of the hospital emergency room or a night doctor for example! For shops, we quickly get used to making our shopping lists and doing them during the week, it's not a problem!!
She is so gorgeous,high spirited,jolly & a lot more ❤❤❤

With Russian and English, you can live in any Baltic country. R - is for older ones people, E - for much younger.
It's nice and my 1st time hear would love to come study there please do they have Public Health Masters program?
I don’t know. You can check out their website to find out more
Prelepo, izgleda❤❤❤❤❤❤.
Your English is beautiful. Very fluent. Great vocabulary. I cannot believe English is not your first language.

Потрясающее видио
Спасибо! 🙏🏼
is it close to Turiba university or Riga technical university?
This dormitory is in a different Latvian city called Ventspils
why are there so few people talking about latvia? small and poor does not mean that the country has nothing to offer. in fact, latvia has the widest waterfall in europe and the biggest indoor market in europe. latvia is beautiful during all 4 seasons, and it does not need to be 40° in the summer
How to get them? Is it provided by the Uni?
It was given for free during COVID. The volunteers just stood outside of uni and offered these bags)
Very beautiful and very nice video i like it so much.best wishes 🍀🍀🍀 from Saudi Arabia and Pakistan
Very informative thanks 🙏🏻

Dear Anna, Did you migrated back to Latvia from Montenegro? Your detailed answer will help me with my future decision if I should immigrate to Montenegro or not as a student
This video is from Russia. I’m not moving back to Latvia. However, if you decide to come and live in Montenegro - I would say NO. You better go to Serbia or something if you want to immigrate to Balkans 😅 However, I’ve been living in Montenegro as an immigrant not as a student. But I heard from other students that school and university studies aren’t the best and that they choose to study online instead of going to local schools
i need a apartment plz help me
You have Internet. I’m not a real estate agent
Would you say it is ok for me to use russian instead of learning latvian even if i'm not very strong in russian? Will they be offended?
I would say you better go with English if you see you’re speaking to a Latvian person. I don’t know how people react on speaking Russian now in Latvia since I moved to a different country more than a year ago…

Love your guest! My father was born in Riga, Russia.
That’s great but I have to correct you that Riga isn’t a part of Russia and never was. It used to be a part of the Russian Empire and Soviet Union and but it’s not the same anyway. Local people are very sensitive about this topic. Just for you to know
@@AnnaSandersonEng Indeed! A very complex history. He was born in 1937.
I hope to be in Riga for Christmas. I gotta get out of DC! ANNA, I love your take on Latvian culture🥰

Hello, I am from Algeria and I came to Montenegro on a tourist visa. How can I convert it into a residence permit? Are there any job opportunities such as delivery and waiter?
Hello! Yes, there are plenty of them. Especially at the sea side. So I recommend you come to Budva, Tivat or Kotor to find the job. After that, the employer will make a residence permit for you. They usually don’t mind doing that
@@AnnaSandersonEng Thank you so much Anna ♥️

Hello, I am from Algeria and I came to Montenegro on a tourist visa. How can I convert it into a residence permit? Are there any job opportunities such as delivery and waiter?
Hello. Yes, there are. You need to find Montenegrin employer who will help you make documents
I love that your room is organized. ❤
Thanks!
Can confirm that latvian cities are by far cleaner than cities in Germany. 😊
Beret is more an older person and countryside thing. Not many peaple wear beret but if you see one it's probably an older person or someone from the coutry side or just wanting to protect from the sun with something a little bit original but you definitly don't see berets very often in the big cities.
Thanks for the info! 🙏🏼
You're expecting modern luxuries (and dependencies) that didn't exist at all until recently. The cost of the delivery has to baked into the prices when it is "free" and unequally shared among all customers. It's normal that you go to a shop yourself, get fresh air, Vitamin-D, burn some kilojoules and see those flowers. And how are people so frail that they can't survive one day without a pharmacy? You can stock up on pain pills if you expect that you'll need them. Something stronger for toothache you won't get at all without a prescription. People in rural areas far from the city don't have pharmacies within reach either. There was talk of closing supermarkets on Sundays like it is normal in some other countries. For the most part, you can stock up on regualar necessities for days or months ahead. Even something as perishable as milk lasts 4 to 7 days. This would reduce power consumption of stores and give employees a day off. My opinion of the healthcare system is not great. Because it is mostly free for citizens funded by taxes, you are the product, and they can push you around. I haven't been to a doctor for years and years.
I was just sharing what I got used to before vs how things worked in Latvia. I now live in a different country where nothing works on Sunday and It’s absolutely terrible. Yeah, of course I can buy all I need before that day. But I can be busy and work everyday until Sunday and just have no possibility to do all these things before Sunday and in addition - human factor. I can simply forget to do all these things on time. And I am really sorry for the people in villages who don’t have pharmacies and stuff. But that doesn’t mean I don’t have to expect these things in a developed city 🤔
Thanks
Thank you for watching!
