These trails are amazing. One day I’ve got to at least check them out, look maybe a little spicy for my taste but awesome watching you guys hit them. If I could give you any advice, ice is your best friend… 22 minutes of real ice directly on skin, repeat after 45 Minutes. When I was your age I could have reduced my injury down time by weeks if I only used ice on them. If it’s swollen, no recovery can happen, the swelling must be gone first. Keep ripping bro.

yep, tis the season. sucks cuz the uncertain terrain messes with your riding and gives you an uncertain mindset. tough but also means dig season is just abouts around the corner lol. not sure where to dig next year. all my spots are gone :(
