Hey! Esthetician here 😊 definitely don’t overdo it with the Aha and retinol. The aha/bha treatment should only be used once every few weeks or once a month, and most people need to work their skin up to retinol so you don’t cause irritation and dryness. Retinol I would start using only 1-2 times a week, then slowly build up to using 3-4. I hope that helps! ☺️
