มุมมอง 3.9K3 ปีที่แล้ว
I love watching what other people eat and wanted to try this for myself. 😅 I couldn't focus on just food in this video because work and home life take up a lot of my time; hence, how this video turned out. Haha. Hope you all enjoy though! Also, thank you so much for everyone's questions for my future Q&A video. If you're curious about anything, feel free to ask me in the comments or on my Insta...

A Week in the Life of a Research Scientist | Cell Culture, Nature, & Presentation
มุมมอง 135K4 ปีที่แล้ว
Hi, friends! I decided to capture a glimpse of what I do on a weekly basis as a researcher meandering between projects. Based on my Instagram feedback, not a lot of people know what a researcher does! And I understand. The science field is vast with so many areas of study and levels of expertise. I current study myosin motors and recently finished experiments for two manuscripts so I apologize ...
I know this is four years old, but I’m a junior in college studying biology and wanting to go into research; specifically molecular biology. It’s so cool seeing you live my dream life! Thank you for the post!
Hi! I just graduated from a degree in genetics and molec bio too, what Uni are you doing this phd at? Trying to find a PI and not sure how to find one?
please come back!!!
get back to the videossssss
I'm interested more for vegetable , it's a seeds of life ,to living healthy and more years ,for that We born 🎉❤

Hey there love to see your videos. I remember back in high school one day i watch your videos just by recommendation on my feed that day changed my whole life because i was always concered about my future and tge people around me for them 'doctor' is the best profession other than than there nothing that exists in this world. But i never felt tge kind of belonging with medicine. Now i am on my way to start my journey ,I don't know what to do but I all I have is my passion. Thank you so much for our videos❤
Mam if you want a live human body for research pls contact me i am ready
Madam nice video day of your life
Wow! Very nice sharing, hope to watch more of your video. Have a great day ahead of you! Greetings from our family. - Kapiso mo Vlog 🤍

you’ve gotta put in the work
love this content about working from home as a scientist! thank you for sharing with us!! ❤
Which city and uni?
This feels like the road I'd like to go down in life. Its taken til 32 years old to gain confidence in myself that I'll actually be able to, but I have found some courses to take.
Did you consider grad housing? If so, why didn't you choose that route? I'm just considering where to live myself as an incoming PhD.
Your dog is so cute ❤❤❤
i have a question for you. does your job requires you interact more with people? and do you usually do presentation? im quite an introvert myself so i want to know how this job scope
Hii i m interested in plant biotechnology but I'm doung msc in botany so lz tell me can i study plant biotechnology with botany
This was actually really informative. Thank you.
What university do you go to?
I aspire to be a bioscientist, doing research on molecular level, and this is really inspiring to see life of someone doing similar stuff out there. There is not much representation of the day to day life of research scientists, so this makes my goal feel way more realistic :)

hi does anyone know what degree to get a bachelor’s in to work as a medical research scientist (I really hope someone responds, it would be really helpful🥲)💗
Question for all PhD students in STEM field: How do human👥 civilizations evolve from Middle Dark Ages to Industrial🏭 Age and then onto Modern 20th and 21st century? Answering this question completely will help you to realize😃 the critical and crucial connection between a PhD📜 (in STEM 🧬📡field) and industry🏭. "From where does the industry comes from?" Try answering it completely, verbally and on the spot under 10 seconds.
I really enjoyed your video ❤❤❤
She has 20 hours of labwork and three lectures and she forgets to sleep? I work 35-40 hours in the lab, attend two lectures, do lab demonstrations, at least spend 20 hours for extra reading and do my weekend part time job for 20 hours. Still i never missed my daily 6 hour sleep 😅
#fungi #bachFlower greetings and Salutations 😊

I kinda see Alex Dainis in your personality
Aspiring scientist/researcher in molecular biology here! I love this so much ngl
i'm so glad I quit that career and changed into something else......lol don't know why anyone would enjoy being in a wet lab getting paid pennies and having irregular hours. Plus, a lot of the in-vivo/wet lab experimentation can be simulated now using bioinformatics or machine learning. Also......being an academic slave to solve humanity's problems just so pharma companies can make a HUGE profit off your discoveries is so DISGUSTING. looking forward to making big bucks soon :) in software development :D
Hi Duha, your content is so aspiring as I am pursuing a Biomedical career. How is PhD school going? Would love to see more content from you. Hope all is well with you
How amazing love ur vlog

She's using her electric toothbrush wrong...
are you underpaid? i want to do research but i’m worried from others that researchers are super underpaid or have crazy hours
Depends on your location and the research institution you're working for. In London for example, the salaries are tend to be higher
I love your job 😢❤❤❤❤
So cute
Hi mam I am a msc life sciences student final sem (in biotechnology branch) could u suggest me a best project it will help me to get a good job ❤
I wish I was your dog That mf is spoiled
Hey dude! Currently in my second year of a BSc bio major/microbio minor in Australia, hoping to get into an MRes once I'm through with my first degree, love your content!
What's mres?
hi, my name is Beatriz and I also do Biomedical Science in Brazil, your videos are very inspiring, encouraging to study and go in search of what I desire. I intend to do PhD in the United States, too and your videos help me a lot learn the english language more and also the academic vocabulary. please don't stop posting videos, you inspire a lot of people, today I took initiative to share for you, but there are many people who are inspired but prefer to remain anonymous.
Como anda os estudos ?
PhD time yahoo
Hii mam I want to contact you Can you guide me for physicist info
✨A career which includes research, electronics and writing!!! So interesting! I've been searching for a career that includes research on lab, plus computer devices (simply electronics, cuz I'm a simp for gadgets and new stuffs) and I like to write my new findings and a little extra info., i like to write📝 poems, essays, etc., so everybody thinks I should go for art. BuT, I'm interested in computer software and devices (I study 🧑💻coding) but since im already 16, i feel it might be too late as per our environment, seriously. And I wanted a career which includes some 🧑🔬chemical, labs. Sorry all these seems and sounds funny.🌻 I really have nobody here to help me with such stuffs until your video showed me some rays.☀️
bioinformatics sounds like it may be perfect for you :) it combines scientific research, coding, and computational tools. plus you'd use your writing skills for research papers
You might want to cover your sleeves with your gloves when working under the hood. You wouldn’t want to expose your culture with your skin cells and microbes from your exposed wrists.
Where is your lab, please tell
Though you're a research scientist but still your editing and cinematography skill is very very good... I appreciate ❤️
A video on what to study after 12th to become a medical researcher pleaseeeee
love your artsy editing style! :) i have my interview for grad school tomorrow! you got accepted so fast, do you know if that is the standard amount of time to hear back?
