Just Beautiful!
Thank you!🙏
Man ur supper underrated and if i would love to work with you in transforming our 2bhk home to a modern and sick how would i contact you....
Thank you so much for your words!🙏 You can reach out to me via e-mail: lauro.dominici@icloud.com
This actually looks great. Moving the water heater, water inlet and outlet in the bathroom, moving a wall, probably updating the electricity installation... Plus windows, furniture, kitchen and decoration. Do you have a rough idea of what that might cost, and how much 350€ nights you'd have to rent it to even the costs ?
Even if I cannot share the cost breakdown The main costs are related to the Client’s personal furniture choices. A very similar aesthetic (not qualitative) result could have been achieved spending a fraction o with low end furniture suppliers. Beside being allocated to short-term rental, this property will be used by the owner to spend part of his/her free time, so the aim was to recreate an high end vacation experience. A complete redesign using different suppliers could have been achieved spending around $50k, so making some math the expected rental outcome would be around $26k a year paying back the investment in 3 years (considering taxes)
I have one question, which apps you were using to develop on both mac and iPad?
The apps I used are Apple Freeform and Blender!💪
@lauro.dominici just one more how many rams you have on your macbook?
Che cosa usi come Moodbpard?
Se intendi che software “Apple Freeform”
My question would be how does dinner work now the queen size beds an extra guest but you lost the use of a dining table
You made a very good point!🙋♂️ The apartment features a 450sqft private rooftop completely dedicated for dinining, grilling, entertainment. Regarding the apartment the direction was more “eye catching” for marketing purposes and social perfective than dining functionality.
you are a GENIUS!
I’m more an Interior Designer!😇
Love your videos, always watch them, always hit the Like button. However, whenever you sigh or "act" it's pretty cringe. It's so cringy that I can't stop writing this to let you know about it. Your videos don't need you to be "acting", your work speaks for itself, everything is wonderful, your style, your designs, your videos. Please stop "acting"
I appreciate your point of you and thanks for sharing it. “ Every time I sigh or act” means every time I am in front of the camera basically, so working at the computer, unboxing packaging, talking and so on. It can can be cringe under your point of view and means I have to work on it twice as hard, but it’s part of what I am and what I want to be. You said “My works speak for itself” but for me a work without a personality and a person you know and you trust mean nothing. I am here to get better every time, so thanks a lot for letting me know again!🙏
Hello there, would you recommend taking interior design course? I am thinking of taking it next year, I’ve been watching your videos for a while
It depends which kind of program do they offers, in my specific case I would not suggest you to spend almost $20k/year at IED, it’s definitely not worth it. I would rather invest in courses like “interiordesigninstitute.com”
Hi in 6:20 what is this book?
It’s the flush doors catalog by Garofoli.
You're best interior design for me❤ Im learning on design of interior😊
I couldn’t Bea happier to hear words like yours, glad to be a little inspiration for you. The more will move forward the more I’ll learn and share with all of you guys!
If you enjoyed the video, please consider subscribe to the channel, it would mean the world to me! 🙏
Well done, it's really aesthetically pleasing! Are you allowed to say how much this reconstruction would approximately cost, with all that design furniture? Thanks 🙏
First of all thank you for the kind words!🙏Unfortunately I can not disclose those information, but since I have shared the brands I relied on, you can go check out online the cost of the products! 💪
Qualità di questo video insana!! Che bomba di makeover e, come per gli altri video, di storytelling. Bravissimo
Cosa dire, grazie mille!! Quando faccio video come questo imparo più io che chi lo guarda!!🤣
@lauro.dominici Il side-effect di creare contenuti 😁
Hello, eagerly waiting for part 2. When is it dropping?
It's my next video in the list, I would say beg December! 💪
the renderings looks real! it doesn't need to be perfect till the client said OK and good to go. great work!
Did all I could to make them good enough!!🙏🙏
I doesnt have to be perfect, its amazing like this. Keep up with good work.
Just started having fun!💪💪💪
You are really amazing. Really love all of your videos !!! There so addictive and so interesting. Thank you very much !!!! Cedric France
Glad to hear you find them interesting!!😇😇
Yup, gonna say this again. Learning a lot from you Mr. Dominici. Yet again another splendid and informative video 🔥
Good to hear the level of my video keeps meeting your expectations!💪💪
Nice video ✨
Glad to hear that!🙏
...dont u love independent people
I do!💪💪💪
One of the most beautiful setup videos I have ever watched ❤
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that!🙏🙏
Where is the chair from?
Ikea, you find the link in description!💪
Don’t the draw heat up due to the chargers and batteries inside it
I typically tend to keep it open when charging overnight!
Breath taking
Exaggerated!!!🤣🤣🤣 But thank you for the kind words!🙏🙏
@lauro.dominici By God, I didn't exaggerate. Your creativity is awesome. May you prosper more and more in making such eye-soothing videos.
When part2 ?
Coming soon, in a month!🤙
I'd value a video of what inspired your monitor set-up and how you use it. Also, how likely you'd set up your monitors that way again and/or what you'd've done differently in retrospect?
I got inspired by a cheap dual 17” overlapped screen system! I personally wouldn’t change much beside I’m installing it not under a ceiling window like I did (too reflective). If you wanna see how I use it, go check out my Instagram profile!💪💪
i am so happy to see someones room looks chaotic as mine…
🤣🤣🤣
Congrats! It looks amazing, Lauro! 👏
Thank you very much!🙏
Amazing makeover. It needs some soft glow lamps though to really make it cosy and inviting :)
You are totally correct! I haven’t move towards that direction ‘cause that space was meant to be a temporary office! Natural, artificial and practical lighting are a huge component in every redesign! You have a good eye!💪
@@lauro.dominici exactly, lots of natural light is great but its not cosy. Thats where we need soft warm glowing/diffused light. Great channel by the way 😀
“TO BE ENJOYED” ❤
💪💪
Very cozy and chic
🙏🙏🙏
Looks absolutely clean af
Happy to hear you like it, go check out the harsh makeover too and let me know what you prefer!💪
Great job :)
Thank you!🙏
Super statisfying
😇😇😇
Where did you buy the iphone case?
The brand’s name is PITAKA!💪
touchpad on blender is horrendous if you ask me lol... jokes aside, what a calm video, I loved every bit

(I hope you stay true and be real even with 100x more followers :) Just in case you need a littl challange... I just moved in my new appartment in Germany and I despair making a nice and coozy home office space for my job as an financial auditor :D I have 2 inherited pieces of furniture (chesterfield couch and a small cupboard, the rest is a panorama pc-monitor and I need some book and clutter storage, also I love art on my walls. Until this month i was just thinking about studying Fashion design because of the fact that i do illustrations. But since i realized that my family cant afford the tuition for me to study fashion , i decided to study sth else and i wanted to study something related to art such as interior design. This year im 12th grade high school and i will be graduating at the end of july. However , i must decide what is the best thing for me so i really need help , and also i want to study abroad. Currently im living in Turkey but i dont want to study in turkey so ill be an international student. Could you give me some mind please cuz i am really lost
Hey, I totally get where you’re coming from. I realized interior design was my thing when I started playing around with 3D modeling software like Blender, or even just remodeling a room in my house. The results were great, but honestly, the process itself was what made me feel so connected to it. My advice? Don’t rush into a decision. Think about what you genuinely enjoy doing, and try to get a feel for the kind of work you’d love to do daily. That way, you’ll be making a choice that really fits you! 💪
I love these videos! Your style and design/planning process is awesome!
Thank you so much!! 😊 Super happy to hear that you are enjoying my video! 💪
