Great review. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Talented cast, SUTTON Foster was amazing from the moment her head peaked over the castle wall.

I had a lot of fun with this movie! Some story struggles and plot issues for sure but the chemistry between Ryan and Hugh soared and the characters of Deadpool and Wolverine as this odd couple through this multiversal adventure was what made this movie worked. I don’t think it saved the MCU, but it put a nice button on the end of the Fox Marvel franchise while being hilarious and 100% authentically Deadpool. Great review!

I just recently realized that Ruby Tuesday is a Rolling Stones song not a Beatles song so even if there were Beatles songs in The Devil's Chord Ruby Tuesday would not be one of them 🤦‍♀

Gurl why do you stretch out your words so much ?

It was very on the nose commentary on smartphone and devices for a good chunk of the episode. Russel can do better than this. The trend with this season seems to be that nobody is proofreading these scripts. They're skipping the editing stage altogether. Chock full of plot holes, unaswered questions that actually DO need answers for the sake of the plot actually making sense, and honestly just a bunch of characters motivations that either need expanding or to just be removed entirely. Russel said behind the scenes that they made the cast of the episode white to see how long it would take the audience to notice, since we live in a multicultural society. I didnt notice until he pointed that out. The area I live in is predominantly white, so it's not something i have cause to think about. If you dont live in london or a big city, its unlikely to have drawn your attention. There seems to be a weird tone to the writing at the moment where you HAVE to notice race otherwise its a bad thing, like we didnt spend the last 20 years claiming you were fine if you DIDNT notice it. Funny thing is, if he had made it a multicultural cast, i either would have noticed, or wouldnt have cared. Dude needs to step back and reevaluate his priorities. The writing comes first and he's been around long enough to know that.

Great idea about Susan Twist picking up the master's tooth. I hadn't even considered that. I liked all the episodes, but i was blown away with Boom as it showed Ncuti Gatwa at his best.

As for The Marvels, while it has problems with the story needing more time with pacing and the villain isn't great, I had fun seeing this movie in theaters and I enjoyed the performances of Kamala, Monica and Carol.
