Hey. Thanks a bunch for the video. Just purchased this model (UP 1420) and found it to be a little twitchy. I'll drop in a keep-alive and make this great model even better. Other than an occasional stall, this loco is incredibly detailed and has superb performance.
This is the perfect video for what I need thanks! Also I hope you can make a new layout in the future. Having to tear them down is heartbreaking.
Great layout ❤
Great stuff, how large is the layout?
Well, somehow, you pulled it off! Cheers!
Cool catch! You don’t see those cnws alot
Your narration skills make the video better.
Nice layout! One question: how big is it?
❤
Clean graff letters!!!
were can i get one of them tralier
What soldering iron do you use? I am so nervous to try this with such small connections.
Great layout! That Jabber picture caught me by surprise @6:12 😎
I like it when you weathered the blue CenterBeam flatcar I would like to try it out but I have to buy more CenterBeam flatcars but can you but graffiti decals on each freight cars
lmao!
I find your work andlayout inspiring! Thanks for sharing your work and videos.
Miss seeing your videos, when are you going to start posting some more content? Hope you're doing well enjoy your modeling and appreciate your service to the country.
I know it was ho scale ho scales is the best scale
in my local area UP has a large open air service building and mow yard around it
Very well done. The track work looks exceptional. Do you scratch build your switches with a jig or purchase them pre-assembled?
How to spray chipping medium through airbrush? Mine splatters a lot. And how long should I wait before topcoat and starting to chip after topcoat?
I subscribe from this video
ahhhh yes train
Appreciate this tutorial, and the UP motive power.
I enjoyed the layout tour. I'll have to check out your part 2.
I love the bridge scene. Very inspiring. Keep up the good work.
Really nice work
What color(s) did you use to fade that blue with
Excellent job with ballast. What ballast did you use?
👏👏👏. The layout is coming along real nicely!!
This layout is amazing! I definitely need some of the TRRA SD60I's, they look so good!
Thanks! The coloring on the TRRAs seems a little off to me. They are a shade too much of pink :(
Nice video but oh no don't use bb's in your paints been there done that, they rust. I went to glass beads.
Very cool
Cool video. Equipment was from USMC 2nd Marine Division from Camp Lejeune, NC heading to Marine Air Ground Task Force Warfighter Exercise 1-20 (MWX 1-20) during 1st week of November at 29 Palms, CA. Includes 10k troops from entire 2nd Marine Division, II MEF from East coast to West coast. Includes UK Royal Commandos & 7th Marine Regiment 1st Marine Division as opposing forces. Largest Exercise in at least 30 years.
Nice work and a great demonstration of supplies and techniques...
Hi i need some help with HO track with a diameter of track. I have a 30" board and I track to the find the diamante of track to fit on my table. Please advise. Thanks.
One of , if not the nicest layout I've ever seen. Lots of great industries. Great use of space. Realistic curves and switching.
I cannot thank you enough for making and sharing this video! I have a pair of the MP 15s myself that I would like to do this with and will as soon as my soldering skills are up to the task. Again, thank you very much!! Edit. I don’t suppose you’ll be doing this with the Athearn Genesis SD70M’s that are due in August? LOL
Hi from the UK. Thanks for that, it helped me a lot, Lee
Nice job and succeed in life I believe in you ❤
Some nice working going on :) ? Who makes the Wagon loader at the industrial sand plant.
Great job In explaining how to do this, I've been looking for this for a while.Thank you for your help. Bro
Outstanding!👍
Soo very nice!
💯
Cool idea for background, and the detail really stands out with the pastels. It must be a bit tough being an attention to detail guy with such a large layout, but then again you will have fun for years just building it. I am also jealous of its size, I have a 12' x 13' room, that's it. I'll do my best though...thanks for the inspiration!
My layout is only a small 4by8 I wish mine was as big as yours
Great work! I am learning a lot from your videos. I also like how you run at a realistic speed instead of racing around the layout like a lot of content creators seem to like to do.
Hey Marine, awesome videos! I am a 32 year Squid veteran, retired and building my own layout. I am mining your work for ideas, thanks for that, and for your service. Semper Fi!
Which Kadee couplers work for conversion on these models?
