Bollox. I run hackintoshes from the beginning of their existence, starting with MacOS 9.2.2, on a Pentium. The hardware requirements for Sequoia are a Core2Quad with SSE4.1, a mobile Q9000/QX9300 on the 25 years old 478 socket will work, on it’s 2006 478MN or. socket T spec, a nVidia Tesla GPU, see GeForce 8400/9400GS, 8800/9800GTX+ or the GTX 280M being recommended, 4GB DDR1/8GB DDR2 or 8/16GB DDR3. So yes, I don’t think you need many specific components. Want a good experience? Go for an Alienware M18X from 2014, it has an i7-4790 and dual GeForce 880M (which are Kepler GPUs), install a SATA to dual NVMe, 16GB LPDDR3 and you’re all set.

Some Broadcom model wifi/bt cards are perfectly compatible with hackintosh, I have an intel wifi/Bt card I got wifi working but bluetooth didn't work even I loaded kexts

For the internet issue, either: try getting an intel wireless chip thats supported by openintelwireless 2. Get another branded wireless chip that apple had used in their laptops and desktops like a specific broadcom chip 3. Get one of those wireless adapters or dongles that were supported by apple then became bricked on newer versions, then use a patching tool to get them working Hope this helps
