⭐️ Today we wanted to share the message that you are not alone, described so poignantly by the music and lyrics of REM. Music Therapy can support a range people with diverse needs. At Belltree we work with people of all ages who find it difficult to communicate with words due to illness, disability or emotional distress.
⭐️ We want to say a huge thank you to all of our funders and donors who support Belltree’s work. Your grants and donations go towards supporting some of the most vulnerable people in the community and are greatly appreciated by many.

    Normally I stutter during anxious situations but can speak fluently alone or with my friends.. can I use this technique during anxious situations? plz reply

      "anxious situations" If you have high testosterone you wont have that problem. I speak from research and experience. I advise you to do HIT (meaning lift heavy weights in the gym) And hear music of course. It will make you feel powerful during the sets which will boost overall performance! Funny enough, since I am going to the gym my music taste completely changed. From beaing anxious and hearing depressed music, I am now much more confident and hear phonk, metal, techno etc. There are several more benefits but they are not important for your question. Just go to the gym and be **consistent** and **everything in your life will change to the better!** I promise it, with the condition that you also do your research for the gym on how to actually get better, to lift more and more weights!
