However, not sure about Clive's comments about LH. Being a Chairman is a 'very' small part-time role. You are essentially chairing a meeting with the shareholders when they choose to turn up. I would still see LH in the CEO role at the end of the season.

Many of the players at QPR right now played this style Marti wants under Warburton & Beale so should not be too difficult to install in the team, and dont forget he was at Millwall for a fair time so has knowledge of English Football

Really good review. I completely missed our two goals because at 2-0 down I gave up checking the score. Great fight from the boys instead of dropping their heads which has happened so often this season. We’re such a poor team atm tho and our defence is absolutely woeful that we can easily get a hiding after a positive result like we did after Watford, so I’m still resigned to relegation unless we get a couple of back to back wins immediately which seems highly unlikely. I took my mate who’s a neutral to the Preston game and at FT I just turned round and apologised for taking him because we created absolutely nothing. I don’t think it’s a quality problem Imo it’s an attitude problem. The West Brom game shows we have it in us to get a result but too often then not the moment things aren’t going our way the players seem to throw their toys out the pram and give up.

We need to show our strength to build on the WBA game and that's gonna take a lot of balls !!!

For me I have no idea why the sudden change, I cannonly assume the Beale effect was the cause. But I get a feeling there was a lot in-fighting in the team too, just the immaturity of the players... hopefully they cross the line.

Great deduction of the unsavory situation the R's find themselves in! i agree with everything you say about a huge cleanout but i would give Ainsworth longer to prove himself? he did walk into a massive mess for the love of QPR, cheers.
