Bringing the Smoke: Carne Asada Cookout at Sherpa Summit 2024
We surprised Jen with a "new-to-her" Land Rover Discovery 2, and to celebrate, we fired up the Fire n Go battery-powered smoker to smoke some incredible carne asada! We kept things simple, making delicious fajita bowls with fresh ingredients, perfect for our day out in the mountains.
We're at the Sherpa Summit 2024 in Taylor Park, CO, the first year for this exciting event. Huge shoutout to Sherpa Rack for setting up such an awesome event! Be sure to sign up for next year because it's going to be even better!
