Did you sign into your microsoft account when initially setting up the computer? If so, are you able to see Office underneath "services and subscriptions" on account.microsoft.com?

Here are some ways to check if your environment has a Key Management Service (KMS) server and if it's working: DNS query Run a command similar to nslookup -type=srv _vlmcs._tcp >%temp%\kms.txt to see if a KMS client can find a KMS host. The kms.txt file should contain entries that look like this: _vlmcs._tcp.contoso.com SRV service location: priority = 0 weight = 0 port = 1688 svr hostname = kms-server.contoso.com. slmgr.vbs command Run slmgr.vbs /dlv on a Windows 2008 R2 Server or Windows 7 client to get the name of the KMS server. You can also use the slmgr.vbs command to check the Software Licensing service. The Version Information shows the version, the Name shows the edition of Windows, the Description shows the installed key, and the License Status shows the status of the KMS host system. Event log Look for events in the KMS client machine's event log to see if a client has triggered KMS activation. A successful activation will have two events, 12288 and 12289. If only event 12288 appears, the KMS client might not have been able to reach the KMS host.

You won't be able to access your domain account unless you take steps to convert your domain account to a local account. There are several guides detailing how to do this, but basically it boils down to creating a new account and copying over all files from old domain account to that newly created local account:

Hit cancel on that dialog. Hit the back arrow on the window behind it. Don't click to install a driver. Just choose the disk to install to and proceed. If that doesn't work, try following this guide instead. Note its troubleshooting section.

You can change from Standard to Datacenter or to Datacenter: Azure Edition, or change from Datacenter to Datacenter: Azure Edition. You can't change from Datacenter to Standard edition or from Datacenter: Azure Edition to either Standard or Datacenter editions when upgrading

You could try copying the original PST from file manager rather than exporting (assuming you're exporting the pst). Are you trying to transfer from windows?

@indigosoftware9625 I saw a place in LA that starts at 300 capping out at 600-700 depending on if you have a fusion drive or not and obviously a tad more if they provide a backup hard drive and you need it expedited. Majority of the reviews are positive. Might be worth exploring if they come back with something nuts.

I found two places that will do it for cheaper (around 800-1000) but it will still be a hardship considering the possibility for a donor drive. Do you happen to have any recommendations to preserve the data as much as possible in case i decide one day to do something?

this error code usually caused by the User Account Control (UAC) prohibits activation processes from running in a non-elevated command prompt window. To resolve it, you can try the following steps: Open the Start menu and search for Command Prompt. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. In the command prompt, run the command: slmgr.vbs Hope it helps.

What is the exact activation error shown on that page? Is the newly installed edition (Home, Pro...etc.) of Windows 10/11 the exact same as was previously installed on that PC?

I believe you'll need to be online for the initial switch. Ensure all of your data is secure before doing this as it will reset the accounts within Outlook. Once reverted, the offline mode will still be available. At this time, import/export does not work in the new version. You can drag the mail to the desktop - then switch profiles and drag it to the on my computer folders.
