Both of the bikes are 2008 R6 Raven's Edition. The best year for those bikes, since after 2008, Yamaha gave in to Europe's emission standards and downtuned it, causing a loss of 5-8 horsepower. Very interesting how the second bike had the white compliance plate removed from the frame. That's quite a strong hint that it had some damage and/or issue previously. None of the fairing decors are the original ones either. 2008 models either came in Graphite, Yamaha Blue or Competition White.
The plastics are original. '08 and '09 had Raven Edition R6. Basically the same bike but with gold wheels and fairings. 08 had slightly darker gold wheels and 09 had the brighter gold wheels that stood out a little more. Not sure about the past history of the bike, but since I had it, it was stolen from me, found a year later and now it's at an impound from theft recovery. Guy that stole it is in jail waiting for sentencing

Too loud. It's cool for a few rides, but after that its obnoxious and you wish it wasn't as loud

Yes. Due to European fueling restrictions, 2008 has 4-6hp more
2008 and 2009 models (the model wasn't changed in 2009) are the lightest and they have the highest peak power. After that, power went down in order to comply with the EU emission regulations (Euro4 and Euro5) and the bike became heavier. I would guess that they exported the exact same bikes to North America. As of 2008, they had variable velocity stacks (YCC-I) which improved the midrange and the toprange noticeably.

Did you have any fitment issues with these fairings and the windscreen? Mine has a gap at the bottom towards the headlights and I can’t seem to get rid of it
this one has overlap underneath the headlight, around the radiator from boht sides. Other than that, they fit pretty well

It sounded good when you started it, when you gave it some throttle it sounded trash, should've got sc project exhaust, way better sound when throttled,
Phone mic adjusts to the volume, so a lot of the low end sound is taken away. That exhaust sounds fairly good. Not Fz07 good, but still...
