I understand this was about the turnovers which is a big part of it but their are so many ways the refs can help a team. So many... you can keep a drive alive with a simple illegal contact call, you don't have to call holding against the offensive line, etc., you can adjust your whistle based on how close you want it to be. You can't control the players actions and alot of the time the chiefs don't need any assistance and are just better but when game is on the line and it's make or break time, the calls that are or aren't called seem to always go alittle more in the direction of that chiefs arrow.

What about when the Refs gave them 5 downs in the AFC championship game.

Mahomes just stepped over the line of scrimmage and threw a touchdown to beat the buccs… it’s painfully obvious, dont take anything away from Mahomes skill wise. But it hasnt been real wins. Blow out, that's a stretch. I would be plenty happy but not expecting a blowout or even a sure win, this game will be tough. I don't feel like people understand tho that these types of conditions should favor the Lions, the way their built. They really don't have to throw it unless theyre down a lot. A crappy weather game should favor Detroit almost every time due to the strengths: physical trenches, 2 headed monster at RB, bend but don't break Defense. The media is making the fact that it's Detroits first game outside and that weather aint looking too good, whereas I think that rough conditions would be strongly invited if I'm a coach with the Lions, who take pride in being physically superior,detail oriented and disciplined mentally and physically. I mean we will, we do know that any team is capable of winning any day so if GB does win we are not gonna be shellshocked, we know the challenges of this game but I feel if both play theor best, it would favor Det.
