Snake Skins & Hill Climbs
With recent snow storms we are pushed out of the mountains and into the desert. Found a whole bunch of snake skins, rode some rocks, and did some hill climbs. Great time!

Did I do that wrong? Hardest trail we have found out in the desert yet!
มุมมอง 38914 วันที่ผ่านมา
Snow has pushed us out of the mountains and into the desert for winter. Had a great time riding these technical rock washes. Its the hardest ones out in the area we have found yet. Love this kind of stuff and stretches me to get better.
Rugged Trail w/ High Exposure
มุมมอง 26428 วันที่ผ่านมา
A few years ago this trail was washed out in multiple spots. We had heard that there had been some work on the trail earlier this spring and wanted to check it out. Appears that the work had been done lower on the trail and the connector remains needing work. Didn't make it through and turned around.

Trail riding and came across a big herd of sheep that did not want to get off the trail. This had me laughing.
"This isn't motorized" - yeah it is

Had such a good time on this trail had to go back and hit it again before the years end. Ran into a hunter that was giving us a hard time about being on the trail telling us it was non-motorized. Our maps say otherwise.
Off to See the Wizard

There is a wizard carved into the tree at the top of the hill. Watch at the end of the video you can see briefly. Good day of riding some awesome single track. Great fall weather, technical trails and good company. My favorite kind of riding.
Day 3 - Of Guys Trip in the Back Country
มุมมอง 2272 หลายเดือนก่อน
On the way home had to hit one more trail I have been eyeing for a while. 30 miles round trip. Big tree down towards the end we struggled a little getting around. I guess that is why we might need to start carrying a saw. Tweaked my back in the process of getting bikes around it. Big uphill and downhills on this single track. Amazing views!
Day 2 Guys trip! Rain, Snow, Sunshine, and more Rain

Did 70 miles of single track. Awesome weekend with the guys. The morning was really cold and wet between rain and snow. By afternoon though it had stopped most of the day and made for some epic dirt.

Groupe of 7 guys out riding in the high country single track of Idaho. Was a super fun trip with lots of new to us trails. This is day 1 super dusty. Big up hills and downhill with a river crossing at the bottom.

Alright, so left AT THE TOP of the hill!
Poor old school Hunter probably thinks motorcycles are sorcery.
Nice!!
Wow man you really seemed to pick up the pace there at the end
Damn, you guys were booken. it's been a good 20 years since I've been on a dirt bike about 7 years ago after my hiatus I got a Ninja which I take up into the Sierra Nevada and smash through the twisties.
You're ready for Rubicon!
Nice being able to pull up the map and prove they’re wrong.
‘I’m not tryin to be an Ahole’ ….. well you are, and you’re wrong.
Is this in the Sierra nevadas?
Who maintains the trail?
I use onx maps. works pretty good for showing the trails and dates.
Rule of thumb if someone is trying to bully you out of having fun on a quad or dirt bike…. LEAVE THOSE FUCKERS IN THE DUST.
I liked how you handled it. Had the US forest service map (which are hard to read) and where polite , kept a distance from horse
I think the karens were actually lost and was confused as to where they were. 🤣
I saw a dude with his bike upside down, 20 yards down a rocky slope last month. He REALLY needed some help. Hope he had a nice 15 mile walk. It was HOT that day.
Some crazy step side hill riding. Sounds like you guys had different sources of maps and trail information. And some differing interpretations of the trail designation. At least the horses were pretty well behaved, unlike some of the skittish ones people take out there.
this looks like eastern washington.
Close. It’s in SW Idaho.
… well, I’M not trying to be a dick, but you are dead wrong, Elmer Fudd.
ain't no way I am explaining myself to so random.. mind your own business and F off. If not we can make a big deal about it.. People need to remember they can get knocked out on the trails..its not punch free zone
I run into these situations more then I like. I'm always amazed how someone can be so confident and so wrong at the same time.
80 million people where wrong and ignoranty confidant in November 2023 also 😂😂😂😂
It's called ego. Some people have never been checked. Usually they are called women.
He had to have known better just based on looking at the trail he was on. Plain to see that there's been more wheels than hooves up there
If you hear the engine, it's now motorized.
Wow..beautiful where is that trail located?
It’s in Idaho.
That dude has no business being like that. I like several people here who have commented both hunt and ride. I have rode up on hunters and spoke with them and because they were so courteous I return the favor by turning around. Especially since I had so many places I could ride. But I also can't count the times I have rode right past big bucks during hunting season and they just stood there and watched lol. It's the bipedal creatures creeping through the woods that freaks them out most lol.
What were the bikes? Sound like 2 strokes
I ride a Sherco 300 se and my buddy rides a husky te300i. Yes both two strokes.
Way to have your ducks in a row guys I love people like this and you have the information to shut them up good job good job good job keep riding boys
his wittle howse goona be scawed
he was pretty cool about it, I had a hunter once tell me he was going to shoot me in the back as I turned to ride away from him. I told him I wasn't too worried, that he'd probably miss the shot.
He didn't want to compare navigation; he wanted to tell you that you were wrong. Throttle-up and ride on.
Beautiful country side.
Absolutely the best time of year to be up there ... problem is that it crosses over with hunting season, including hunters who have been fantasizing about their hunt all year and who are also overly territorial. There is a lot of open country up there ... he needs to get off the trail.
Even if yall weren't allowed i wouldve been like these guys are crazy with a big smile. some people are just too uptight with a stick up their ass tryna shove one in other peoples. i dont get it
hey, what app were you using for that map?
Avenza with the forest service maps. Works great and it’s free.
As a long time mountain biker AND Dirt biker I can tell you the Mountain bike startles wildlife way more than Dirtbikes do. I think they are accustomed to the sound and don't equate any bad experience whereas the quiet occasional twig snap of the pedal power really spooks the animals. A big percentage of Elk hunters here in Colorado come from out of state for a week but really seem to have a sense of entitlement and aggression I don't understand. The Irony is they use our trail system to travel thru the backcountry then complain when the very vehicle that built and people that maintain the trail system shows up. Speaking for myself I don't mind if you utilise trails I help maintain but understand how it got there and be thankful you are not bushwhacking.
I seriously doubt that trail allows motorcycles. Post the map and prove your claim.'
nice try getting the location....message me on instagram.
"It is now!"
Is this Idaho? Incredible views and riding
Yes this is Idaho. Love this area!
Bro is using google maps of course hes got no clue
I think he was using onx hunt. Not completely sure though.
The riding you all have out West blows me away. I love a slow technical slog like this 😎
WHAT IS YOUR POINT? YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE A MAN AND YOU ACT LIKE A LITTLE GIRL POSTING THIS CRAP, AND FOR WHAT? WHAT IS YOUR POINT? TO MAKE A NONE POINT ABOUT A IDIOT. YOU SIR LOOK LIKE THE BIGGER MORON!
What trail map are you using? Love the video!
Thanks. I am using avenza app with forest service maps.
Found the kamala voter LMAO
Great video
what App do you use?
As a mountain biker, those rocky climbs would make me wish I had a motor! 😂🥵. 11:40 what a view!
None of his F'n business what you're doing anyway.
I don’t miss that type or riding. Looks like an area in so cal south of Ridgecrest called Stevens Mine.
Place is absolutely beautiful. Handled that wonderfully.
I’m a dirt biker and a bow hunter (and mountain biker if it’s relevant). It’s a bummer when entitled people think they own the trails. I pretty much don’t ride during rifle season because of conflicts, too much ego and testosterone. I’ve had hunters threaten to shoot me over riding a trail that our moto group cuts the deadfall out of. On that same ride before the encounter we chilled and ate lunch 200yds from a small elk herd. Bikes don’t scare wildlife near as much as people think they do. There’s bad eggs in every discipline but I think it’s a bigger issue of a lack of respect. It’s like people forgot how to live and let live and it’s a real shame. Outdoor recreation access is so precious as it is, we really need to stick together. But what really grinds my gears is, hunters can go EVERYWHERE in their allotted tag area during hunting season, bikes always have to stay on trail. If you can’t track game without a multi use trail then I don’t know what to tell you
Exactly!
hahah "then call em then" as he walks away in shame
Show me 1 trail hikers made without taking over a dirtbike trail, or having the government come spend millions to make for them? If you’re a hiker, you should be bushwhacking. Get off the trails.
Hunters thinking a dirt bike is going to scare all the animals away shows they don’t spend much time in the woods. I see wildlife (deer, elk, moose, bear) all the time. They just look at you and continue on with their day. A wise hunter would team up with dirt bikers, figure out which way they are headed and look for animals as they ride through. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Yes they do every single time I'm in the woods had five of them staying in 20 ft in front of me on the trail yesterday that were wondering what I was doing and then they finally decided to go on about their business
