I have a 24 CTR and tried removing the first small piece. It would not budge and cracked. Not sure where the crack happened but something cracked/snapped. All I wanted to do was figure out what was making that annoying rattle sound. Now I’m screwed.

This is a big help! I haven't taken it off yet, the accent lighting on the rear passenger door isn't turning on. Trying to find a PN for that LED is brutal. Do you know if its part of the whole panel or I have to get my soldering iron out and fix some wires?

had that same problem. was a fusible link. ended up deleting them with another aftermarket marine fuse block to redo all that mess. common first gen issues

How do you plug the Wires back into the Instrument Cluster? Mine are very short. Do the wires stay on the Housing wall?
