Great rig. We wanted to include it, but already had 3 Sea-Doo craft included: the best entry (at the time), best fishing, and fastest. The Ex Pro could easily have been here instead of the RXP, but the 325 horses on the latter are impressive and needed some recognition.

I think you’re right about the less impressive feeling compared to other pontoons but I was personally surprised with the handling of the longer craft. Which one did you rent?

I know BRP has invested time and money into electrifying all their vehicles including SeaDoos. I think the efoil Rise will be part of that. But it’s weird they haven’t cracked the efoil nut yet. I heard at MIBS from sea doo that they’re “still working on it. “

It's a Kenyon Grill. Electric, so safer than gas or charcoal. But, ya, from the sea, to the cutting board, to the grill, to the plate without land in sight.

Scout doesn't cut corners on production, that's for sure.

Thanks. We used an older Insta360 One RS and a Sony Alpha 7iii. We've since stepped up with the newest DJI Osmo, Insta360 X4 and GoPro 13. The SiFly E is huge, the reason why it's so easy to start out on with the tap and fly and touch down again method.

They were great. The guys were fun too. I liked your take on it, that maybe they partied too much:) I think it just shows how hard the biz is without solid background funding. Even Radinn's social media savvy wasn't enough in the end. Nice guys though. And smart. They land on their feet.

We're trying very hard to get on an EVO. The battery options are also a subject of curiosity for us that we're gonna look at.

@Unfluencer Don't know bout that. Electric powered vehicles are more expensive (thinking about Jetsurfs) and there's as much battery tech involved here as, say, a Taiga PWC (which costs considerably more). There's also a reason why you don't see Alibaba knock-offs of this board anywhere. Much of this board is made in Germany, too, by the way. Expensive? Agreed. Ripoff? Not by yachting standards.

@billyknippers6983 $15,900 for the Ravik S with the XR battery. $12,900 for the smaller SR battery. We had the XR battery and got anywhere between 30-40-somthing minutes of ride time. Any other questions?

They could keep the current spark and spark trixx and just make a different version that is faster and more expensive

The plan seems to be keeping it as the fun, entry-level for the masses.

Take a look at the foil boards--board, mast, wings only--and you'll see that they cost more than 2-grand. Add battery, engine, controller and all the software and wiring that integrates them and it's hard to see that it could be cheaper. The battery alone costs $1,500 usd if you buy an unproven knockoff.

Just like the 2025 Switch Fish, these upgrades cater to the premium market only, including the yacht segment.

True, the name artificially inflates the price, but the hardware is spot-on awesome. The software update does give it more of a kick too. The price is about the pursuit of premium products and this is a limited edition one. We're (two editors/testers) debating which one we'd buy and we're split between two other boards that cost 11k+ and 13k. Not far off the Brabus mark... and the Brabus effect is kinda compelling.

Some of the new battery tech developments could also bring the price down a bit. Otherwise, you have Waydoo, Sifly Rider and the Flight Air coming in under $7,000. Still pricey, but difficult to see the Xiaomis of the world doing it much cheaper. Motorless foil boards aren't cheap either. The best thing would be for these companies to start offering some payment plans/financing.

Hi There, Is it real, have you tried it? When I look at their website, it looks more like a concept than a board in production. But I could be mistaken, we'd love to test is out if the board is in production.

Not sure what you mean. If you've ever tried an efoil, then switched up to another brand, you'll find the lift experience is different. Some boards have shims to adjust the angles of the wings, but when getting used to another board or using a new set of wings, we've found it takes a bit of getting used to. Some footage in this video includes first experience riding shots. Does that answer your question @TheSimondepauw ?

We've had Awake boards exclusively in the ocean. Like anything, from paddle boards to scuba gear, you need to rinse saltwater off with fresh water when you're done. If you don't have a hose, you can use an outdoor shower they have at beaches sometimes. We've used one of those $15 containers with a spray pump you can buy at a hardware store when there aren't any rinsing facilities where we ride.

We have the same experience. Dings and scratches can be touched up easily as long as they're not deep gauges that require boat repair methods. We'll try to reach out to Flite for a price on a replacement bladder cost. Good question.

I'm not sure. When we tested the Air Pro it was already unpacked :) I'd assume you do, but if you're in doubt I'd suggest you reach out to Flight and ask them.

The Cruiser DFI vs the Jetsurf Electric can be easily explained by power source. They have same top speed and essentially the same ride time. The Cruiser DFI can be "recharged" faster--in the time it takes to fill up the tank. But the Electric is a bit quieter and obviously cleaner--ideal for smaller lakes and rivers. The other Jetsurf boards are either entry-level models or ones intended for racing or touring. There are a total of 7 models currently sold by Jetsurf. The one reviewed here stands on its own, we think.

At the boat show, the 2024 was listed at $1.1 million. I've seen 2023 models go for $600k.

Agreed that the new supercharged GTX could be here. Stability and comfort seem pretty awesome. We saw the GTX300 at a show, but didn't get a chance to try it out. Looking forward to it. It'll be on a future video. So too with Sea Doo's Explorer Pro 230.

No, it's not the same performance, as with the Flite Board pro (67l) board. It sticks a bit harder to the water (a bit, and much less than the old large flite Air board) and the size of the board makes it a bit less playful. More comparable to the Fliteboard (100l) board. It's great for the price, transport, and durability - as the air bladder protects the board ( and you if you fall on the board). The hard boards will properly always be better, but that does not make this a bad choice. You get a Fliteboard for a good price, and you can always upgrade the board later, but keep the mast etc.

@TerrySylvester-ip9on The 45 minutes is with the Nano battery. It weighs 13.7 lbs vs the Flitecell Sport, which weights 10 more pounds but provides "up to" 90 minutes of flight time. We can vouch for the amazing portability of the Air with the Nano, but that obviously comes with a compromise on time as you point out.

"Unsinkable" is usually used when solid foam is poured into the hull with enough buoyancy to offset the boat's weight.
