Portrait of Ruin is still one of my favorite Castlevanias, it brought attention to the lesser appreciated ones like haunted castle and bloodlines, referencing them in music remixes and in the story, great remix btw

Gotta love how him casting the grand cross feels like you shouldn't underestimate the man who killed Dracula for good back in 1999. This theme is just as imposing as Julius.

Anyone else notice how during the fight against Julius in Aria of Sorrow that parts of the castle begin to break off the moment he uses Grand Cross? It really is a testament of how strong he really is.
