Women for Water: Lalitha Panchanathan
The Monday Munching/Musing with Women for Water aims to highlight the water endeavours of the women in India, spanning from their personal to the professional life through a series of conversations in order to enhance presence of women in the water sector and encourage more women/girls to join the water sector. The objectives of the conversations are to identify the women leaders in the water allied activities and understand the incentives/interests that bring women into water and allied sectors; to understand the entry, the challenges, the opportunities in the sector, and the policies & procedures in the affiliations/institutions towards gender inclusiveness.

Madam, it's a very good thing that you are trying for women representation in architecture field(a subject i am unfamiliar with), but when i look at civil engineers/engineering students (a little bit similar to architecture, at least for me), there would be like 5 or 6 girls when boys are 30 or little bit more in classes . so in professional field in both civil engineers and architects , number of women would always be low ,resulting low women representation always by default, right? Correct me if i got something wrong , specially if architecture and civil engineering have nothing common.
