Hello! I ljust found this video and loved it! I'm in the process of organizing my room too. I'm also a newbie to TH-cam and content so I hear ya! I just did a craft room tour of mine. It has some weird angles and obstacles so I am trying to get a more functional space. Love some of your ideas! Thanks for sharing!

You are so me. Quilting and card making ( and all the stamps, Inks, die cutting that goes with it). jewelry making and painting. And leather stuff. Ha. My husband had surgery and I had to clear everything to make room for him downstairs. I packed it up and put it in upstairs bedroom. We don't sleep up there anymore so everything was pretty well dumped. I started trying to revamp that room and boss had surgery so I've had to work 7 days a week for the last couple of months and holidays... now I have to revamp the dump that is downstairs because no time or energy to keep up with that. My goal for the next few months is to spend an hour a day up stairs so I can sit up a craft space I can actually use. Crafting is my joy and I really need to be able to get back to it. I stay overwhelmed.

What new skill would you like to learn this year?

At first I thought it was Elphaba and Glinda😅

I also have POTS, went undiagnosed until after I graduated highschool. So I know what it's like to have no idea what's going on with your body. You're not alone in this! And of course, drink plenty of water and increase salt intake. HOWEVER there are also electrolyte drinks that may help, and of course keep track of what things cause a POTS flare up! For me it's alcohol, caffiene, excess fruity sugary stuff, sometimes hot drinks, being hot in general, (watch out for that!) bending down, etc. And of course go easy on yourself and don't beat yourself up if you're struggling to accomplish things because of POTS, like for instance if you're super tired and foggy brained. POTS can also come with digestive issues and neuropathy as well. It's rough, but you'll get through this! Just take it one day at a time.

Can i just point out you're a genius..all the other videos they are cutting out the material and sewing them together with a sewing machine. I was looking for videos to make a pillow without a machine and here you are skipping the sewing and went right to already made pillowcase...Genius I tell you,genius!!! Oh good heavens I'm sorry about your pots diagnosis. I am pretty sure that I am suffering symptoms from pots myself - but the doctors aren't looking at all my symptoms as a whole. I'm so happy you actually have gotten a proper diagnosis though. The doctors have me feeling like I'm crazy 👀

My crafting is limited to making jewelry, papercrafting, painting, flower arranging… having said that, when I sorted through my stickers, embellishments, and paper scraps, it was so messy and huge and so overwhelming that I had to leave the room when I was done!😮 went to a non-cluttered space… I am waiting with bated breath to see how you organize your supplies… those are the ideas I’m looking for!
