can you use mtb cranks such as SLX m7100 34t for this grx 820?
@@bramantyaardhy4162 it should be a non boost crank set because of the chain line And still I‘m not sure if it would work but a good question that I can check out with Shimano
@@sebibuchs thank you for your answer, I really want to switch my SLX M7100 to GRX 820 but dont want to change the chainring, because 40t on 10t is pointless for me
2 years with this shitty problem…now 2 minutes ago I managed to fix it. Thanks! 🍺

Knipex wrench pliers. They are amazing AF, but expensive.
@@FenDaytona knipex pliers wrench. Parallel jaws, they're better than a crescent for any crescent wrench needs.
Lol doesnt really work that well
Sure it does. I've done it with just my hands, though it's normally multiple attempts and a pad adjustment or two as well.
@@wyattroncin941 I do Shimano rotors with hands only too👌🏻😁
@@wyattroncin941for a little bit until the problem becomes worse
@@frostedlambs no? Don't use your brake disk as a bike stand.
@wyattroncin941 I had a 208mm ebike brake disk warp so much it cut the brake calliper in half altho its alot of power for a bicycle
you mean the bag is designed in London. the shipping is from Serbia, manufactured in china :)
You're supposed to test at the valve stem to account for wheel (un)trueness. A super bent wheel will still rotate on a parallel axis, and the RD hanger is made parallel to that axis spin
Yes! Thank you for the addition👌🏻
Wouldn't it be awesome if we could just use our fingers to shift and avoid this complex problem.
I think the limitation in tire width must be due to the way the frame is build, I have Campagnolo Super Record brakes on my road bike and Record Direct Mount on my TT bike and with both of them I could ride 30mm tires without any problems (use 25 and 28 though because on good tarmac I like them more...) btw... you said you cannot block the wheels with those brakes? What brake pads do you use? I use the red Campagnolo brake pads and with them I can easily block my wheels without much forces at the lever

In that case the indexing is fine I really wanted to demonstrate the importance of the B gap Thank you!
Also, in some cases, the indexing could be wrong, and the chain is rubbing against the cassette. Just turn the barrel adjuster at the shifter or the derailleur. 👍

I have the Bora One wheels with tubulars, with 50mm rims they are significantly lighter than even the 33mm Bora WTO's! And they add safety because if you get a flat tire you can still ride on, so you most likely will be able to carefully brake and stop - with clinchers/tubeless with a flat tire you will ride on the hooks and if it's the front tire at high speed a crash is very likely. Therefore I still like riding them in the Alps for safety reasons. But for pure speed you have to go to clinchers with latex tubes or tubeless, the rolling resistance is much lower (sadly tubulars have not been improved since about 15-20 years...), and you really can feel it while riding and at your datas.
nice bike!
I tend to buy the 60s - only 50g more than the 45s and I think it will make a difference in aerodynamics. Btw, I have a pair of the "old" Bora's with tubulars, they where only ~1250g (with Campy freehub) and with light tubs you can safe even more weight; but sadly the manufacturers have stoped developing tubs and so rolling resistance is noticeable higher than with modern tubeless or clincher/latex tires
Vielen Dank für das super Video. Hatte das Problem auch und konnte es nun beheben. Schaltung funktioniert wieder perfekt😊
Can you fit a garmin out-front mount next to the stem on these? Looks pretty tight. . .
Really depends on the stem and garmin mount but an original garmin mount would not fit I guess
I have Super Record 12 speed and Shamal Ultra C17 wheels on Seven Cycles Elium GS (titanium/carbon fiber frame). I bought mine second hand through FaceBook for a fraction of the price of new. I am a recreational rider with 3,000 miles per year (Chicago weather limitations). I am thrilled with the Campagnolo components. I switched from Dura Ace 9000 which was a big improvement in shifting precision, lower friction crankset with CULT bearings. The prior wheelset was Dura Ace c35s. The Shamals spin much longer with less effort.

Its funny how people think hookless is unsafe... What do you think your CAR wheels are? LOL
There is quite a difference - i think you don‘t run 4-5 bars in your car😅
@jaychu3850. Lol. Does your car tyre weigh less than 300 grams, do you buy it folded up in a small cardboard box, do you fit your own car tyre with a pair of plastic tyre levers? How about you engage your brain if you are capable of doing that...
I wanted to buy the endurance cf 7, it’s £1000 less, but it’s out of stock and I’m impatient. Would you just splash 1k for this , or it’s not worth ?

This tool is great if you like only checking 24in and above size bikes and it barely works on those ...it is to under designed for a proper bike tool ...A HAG should be able to do ALL sizes of bike not limited to a few....it is over priced and not worth it.. worst investment i made in my 30y as a bike mechanic , the Park DAG 3 is the best one made today IMO ...its not perfect but far better than the Abbey!

Beautiful bike! On your saddle, you might have a counterfeit or factory second. Check the bottom of the saddle for a quality control sticker. I had the same problem, with no sticker. I ended up buying another one and have been creak free and happy with it!
