When it comes to home mechanics, there's a million combinations, and as many opinions. So let me take you on a journey that involves mine.
I'm going to take you along my day to day tasks and run through the problem solving and repairs of heating and cooling systems just like yours and mine. Some are easy, some not so much, and others.... well... you'll have to watch to see what comes around.
I'll also take you though some of the other challenges in life of home ownership. I too, find need to DIY, mostly because of budget, but as we improve our house as well as those around us, I'll be taking you along. Stick around! Subscribe! There's going to be things you won't want to miss!

The gas compnay is doing extensive work plowing in new gas lines across the region. That results in the need to change furnaces over to natural gas. Which is exactly what i do in this video... coincidence?

A little insight video of how quickly I can miss a train. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to hear the train leaving in time to get everything up and running before in gets into drone range....other times its just. like. this.....

The water tables are up close to four or five feet and has caused damage all around the great lakes region. This is just one casualty. I replace the blower motor and control board to get a store up and running again. #supportmikeroweworks #mikeroweworks Reward yourself and learn a trade.

As with the last drone video, I thought I had all my ducks in a row, even remembered to bring another camera for some sound overlay only to find out the SD card was full..... Better luck next time! So i adlibbed some sound in there to make it a little more tolerable...thanks for watching!

I caught the GLC along River Road today so I thought I'd throw the drone in the air and take my first train video with it. I got the drone up, I hit the record button, I panned a pretty decent shot and followed it along the tracks a bit.... and thern i triple checked that it was recording and discovered it was not recording at all.....Huge disappointment! So... i took the minute of video i'm po...

More routine work on yet more honeywell zone valves. And after changing to a third van, its time to repair the a/c anf remove a mouse nest from the dashboard that smelled horrible!
