According to the assembly pictures I have seen the water pump gear washers are not placed in that order

I’m debating on buying a carrier bearing or just the bearings themselves. Anyone have any advice? I don’t have a press. 87trx250x

Would have been good to show the exhaust ports from inside the bore. They most certianly made changes there.. probably raised a degree or two. Also... LRD is now LED. He is still in business.

I recently replaced the impeller and shaft on my lt250r and when I crank the kick starter it looks like the impeller goes the opposite direction of the fins.. is this normal or is something backwards in the case that causes this? Thanks!

I have a 88 it still runs turns on first few kicks but only problem I lose power when I climb or try to go fast u can hear inside the engine knocking nasty when I do a pull or climb sounds like gears aren’t biting but idk any clues or anyone know what the problem can be? Great video. I have a 92 susuki quadrunner it ran good I full trothle it when I got it running. Then came home and now no compression. It blows it back to the carburetor. Any idea what it could be?

What size nut did you use to drive the bearings in?

I have a 85 lt250r me and my dad are rebuilding. Will heating up the carrier help with removing the bearings. And cooling the new bearings for reinstallation.

Aren’t you supposed to block the second carb as well so that air doesn’t escape from that side as well?
