Brands go through a positioning phase when they delevop these brands only to abondone (inconsistency) their positioning at the sight of trends that do not even align or further strengthen associations to realise more brand value. This is typical of South African brands. As a passionate marketing student, i get a feeling that South Africa's marketing industry is frustrating to be within.
